我国高炉中小高炉一代炉役寿命一般在5年左右,高炉开炉后炉壳、冷却壁会出现热涨情况,炉缸内部各种定型耐材会出现不同程度的收缩,因此随着冶炼时间的推移,炉缸碳砖和冷却壁之间、捣料层自身会产生大量的缝隙,影响冷却壁的导热能力,碳砖的被侵蚀速度加快,进而缩短炉役寿命,威胁高炉安全生产。为提高一代炉役寿命,降低高炉生产综合成本,提高炉役后期安全运行系数,需要定期对高炉碳砖和冷却壁缝隙进行灌浆维护作业。考虑到专用碳质导热料特性,需要加热到80℃以上,尤其进入冬季以后,外界气温大幅降低,更需要加热保温以确保流动性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题在于:常温下灌浆材料无法满足工艺需求。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种用于工业窑炉专用碳质导热料的在线加热装置,包括用于放置专用碳质导热料的箱体和支架;
所述支架和箱体底部固定连接;
所述箱体为顶部敞口,所述箱体侧壁的底部中心处开设有出料口,箱体包括内壁、外壁以及设置在内壁和外壁之间的夹层,所述外壁顶部开始有第一接口,外壁底部远离第一接口的一侧开设有第二接口,所述第一接口和蒸汽管道连接,所述第二接口与排水管连接。
优选的是:所述内壁和外壁均为钢板。
优选的是:所述箱体为长方体或正方体。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益的技术效果:
1、对需要加热的专用碳质导热料可以提供随时在线加热。
2、操作方便、快速,并且通过蒸汽阀门可以根据需要条件变化灵活调整蒸汽大小,进而调整加热温度。
3、冬季外界施工时也可以用作水系统等液态材料的加热保温。

实施例1:如图1所示,一种用于工业窑炉专用碳质导热料的在线加热装置,包括用于放置专用碳质导热料的箱体1和支架,箱体1为长方体或正方体,高度在80cm,长和宽在120cm,内部填充的专用碳质导热料的高度距箱体顶部超过10cm;内壁和外壁均为 3mm的钢板,保证箱体的强度。
支架和箱体1底部固定连接;箱体1为顶部敞口,所述箱体1侧壁的底部中心处开设有出料口4,箱体1包括内壁、外壁以及设置在内壁和外壁之间的夹层,外壁顶部开始有第一接口2,外壁底部远离第一接口2的一侧开设有第二接口3,第一接口2和蒸汽管道连接,第二接口3与排水管连接。将蒸汽通入箱体1的夹层,保证箱体1内部的温度高于80℃,加热之后专用碳质导热料不容易凝固,可随时对高炉碳砖和冷却壁缝隙进行灌浆维护作业。

1.一种用于工业窑炉专用碳质导热料的在线加热装置,其特征在于:包括用于放置专用碳质导热料的箱体(1)和支架;
所述支架和箱体(1)底部固定连接;
所述箱体(1)为顶部敞口,所述箱体(1)侧壁的底部中心处开设有出料口(4),箱体(1)包括内壁、外壁以及设置在内壁和外壁之间的夹层,所述外壁顶部开始有第一接口(2),外壁底部远离第一接口(2)的一侧开设有第二接口(3),所述第一接口(2)和蒸汽管道连接,所述第二接口(3)与排水管连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于工业窑炉专用碳质导热料的在线加热装置,其特征在于:所述内壁和外壁均为钢板。
