本实用新型涉及一种应用在汽车转向机构上的汽车转向管柱溃缩结构,属于汽车配件技术领域。 
背景技术
汽车防撞吸能要求已经作为一项强制性安全法规贯穿汽车设计的全过程。对汽车转向机构来说,溃缩点设计包括转向轴、转向管柱、安装支架、下转向轴等,溃缩结构设计根据车型要求也不尽相同。就转向管柱溃缩设计来说,由于现有汽车生产厂家对内套管、外套管铆接过盈往往做的偏大,并且由于存在中心定位误差和加工误差,铆接点接触面大小不均匀,直接影响到溃缩力的大小,转向管柱溃缩力还不能非常有效起到溃缩作用,给汽车驾驶员安全带来隐患。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种汽车转向管柱溃缩结构,其结构简单、紧凑、合理,内套管与外套管间的压铆接点深度和大小一致,铆接点接触面相对稳定,溃缩力波动范围小,能够有效保证汽车驾驶员的行车安全。 
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案:汽车转向管柱溃缩结构,包括内套管和外套管,内套管插装在外套管内,其特征在于:所述内套管与外套管之间通过多个深度、大小一致的铆接点压装连接。 
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述铆接点有两组共八个,每组中的四个铆接点在外套管的圆周方向上对称均布。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下特点:本实用新型针对现有的内套管与外套管之间铆接形式进行改进,保持内套管不变,在外套管上压出八个深度、大小一致的铆接点,内套管与外套管之间通过铆接点压铆连接,使得铆接点接触面相对稳定,溃缩力波动范围较小,有效的保证了汽车驾驶员的行车安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
如图所示:实施例中的汽车转向管柱溃缩结构主要由联接板1、内套管2、上安装支架3、外套管4、支撑板5、螺钉6、点火锁座7和轴承8组成。 
如图1、图2所示,联接板1与内套管2焊接连接,内套管2插装在外套管4内,所述内套管2与外套管4之间通过多个深度、大小一致的铆接点P压铆连接,所述上安装支架3焊接连接在外套管4上,外套管4另一端与支撑板5焊接连接,支撑板5通过螺钉6与点火锁座7连接,点火锁座7内压装轴承8。 
本实用新型中,所述铆接点P有两组共八个,每组中的四个铆接点P在外套管4的圆周方向上对称均布。 
具体制造时,先在外套管4的相应位置对称均布压制出八个铆点P,然后按新方案设计要求再带有压力传感器的液压机上将外套管4和内套管2压配至图样要求的尺寸。

1. 汽车转向管柱溃缩结构,包括内套管(2)和外套管(4),内套管(2)插装在外套管(4)内,其特征在于:所述内套管(2)与外套管(4)之间通过多个深度、大小一致的铆接点(P)压装连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽车转向管柱溃缩结构,其特征在于:所述铆接点(P)有两组共八个,每组中的四个铆接点(P)在外套管(4)的圆周方向上对称均布。
