一种PVC小口径管定径模,用于解决定径套冷却速度慢、管材成型困难、很难形成精确定型尺寸的问题。它由连接法兰和冷却套组成,冷却套固定在连接法兰的中心孔内,所述连接法兰上设有水环,水环分别与设置在连接法兰两侧的进水口、出水口连通,所述冷却套上设有环槽,环槽与水环位置对应,环槽上设有与水环连通的喷水孔。本实用新型通过设置水环、狭缝、螺纹槽等结构改进,使其具有冷却效果好、可快速定型、定型尺寸精确、适应小口径管材高速生产的特点,此外本实用新型结构简单、易于实现、低成本投入、经济实用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于生产PVC塑料管材的定型模具,特别是PVC小口径管定径模。
背景技术
PVC管是一种开发应用时间较长的塑料管材,它具有抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、价格低、质地坚硬等特点。近年来,PVC管道发展迅速,尺寸精度要求越来越严,生产率要求越来越高。目前,在PVC管生产企业所使用的定径模具,其结构设计上存有一些缺陷,不能满足快速生产的要求,生产出的管材达不到尺寸要求精度。如小口径PVC管(管材直径小于75mm),生产速度很快,在管材进入定径套前的瞬间温度很高,按照目前通用的干式定型法导致管材成型非常困难,很难形成精确的定型尺寸。
实用新型内容
本实用新型用于解决上述已有技术之缺陷,提供一种冷却效果好、能够实现快速定型的PVC小口径管定径模。
本实用新型所称问题是通过以下技术方案解决的:
一种PVC小口径管定径模,其特别之处是:它由连接法兰和冷却套组成,冷却套固定在连接法兰的中心孔内,所述连接法兰上设有水环,水环分别与设置在连接法兰两侧的进水口、出水口连通,所述冷却套上设有环槽,环槽与水环位置对应,环槽上设有与水环连通的喷水孔。
上述PVC小口径管定径模,所述冷却套上设有狭缝,狭缝宽度为2毫米,各狭缝间距自冷却套首端至末端由密渐疏。
上述PVC小口径管定径模,所述冷却套的内壁上设有螺纹槽。
本实用新型针对现有小口径PVC管定径套冷却速度慢、管材成型困难、很难形成精确定型尺寸的问题进行了改进,设计了一种利用水冷快速冷却管材使其形成精确定型尺寸的PVC小口径管定径模。所述定径套包括连接法兰和冷却套,在连接法兰上设计出能快速冷却管材的水环结构,使管材进入冷却套时迅速冷却,并在管材表面形成水膜,减小管材与冷却套的摩擦力,从而使管材顺利进入冷却定型阶段;为适应快速生产的需要,在冷却套上设置了狭缝,冷却套内壁设置了可产生水膜的螺纹,以减小管材挤出时的阻力。上述改进使本实用新型相比现有技术具有冷却效果好、可快速定型、定型尺寸精确、适应小口径管材高速生产的特点,此外本实用新型结构简单、易于实现、低成本投入、经济实用。

具体实施方式
参看图1,本实用新型所述定径套由连接法兰1和冷却套10组成,冷却套一端与连接法兰紧密配合并焊接成一体。在连接法兰上设有水环7,水环分别与设置在连接法兰两侧的进水口2、出水口3连通;所述冷却套10上设有环槽5,环槽与水环位置对应,环槽上设有与水环连通的喷水孔6。当挤出的PVC管材4在高热状态进入定径套时,首先水环中的冷却水会从喷水孔中喷出,并附着在PVC管材外壁上,将管材温度降低,并将其热量随管材带走。冷却套上设置的环槽5用以形成封闭的环形水膜,可以减小PVC管材和冷却套的摩擦,以适应PVC管材快速通过。
仍参看图1,所述冷却套10上设有几排狭缝11,狭缝宽度为2毫米,各狭缝间距自冷却套首端至末端由密渐疏。当PVC管材进入冷却套后,从出水口3及冷却水箱8喷出冷却水9,喷淋在PVC管材上,增强瞬间冷却效果,冷却套上的狭缝11按先密后疏排列,符合PVC管材通过冷却套时温度由高到低的规律,使PVC管材进入定径套的冷却效率相同,从而实现PVC管材冷却的一致性和稳定性,而达到管材外径最终尺寸的精确。
参看图1、图2,冷却套10的内壁上设有螺纹槽12,设置螺纹槽可以形成水膜,使管材通过冷却套的摩擦力大为减小,提高管材的生产效率。

1.一种PVC小口径管定径模,其特征在于:它由连接法兰(1)和冷却套(10)组成,冷却套固定在连接法兰的中心孔内,所述连接法兰上设有水环(7),水环分别与设置在连接法兰两侧的进水口(2)、出水口(3)连通,所述冷却套(10)上设有环槽(5),环槽与水环位置对应,环槽上设有与水环连通的喷水孔(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC小口径管定径模,其特征在于:所述冷却套(10)上设有狭缝(11),狭缝宽度为2毫米,各狭缝间距自冷却套首端至末端由密渐疏。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的PVC小口径管定径模,其特征在于:所述冷却套(10)的内壁上设有螺纹槽(12)。
