本实用新型涉及机械技术领域，具体地说是用于四驱变速器输出油封拆卸工装。
背景技术
目前，在6HP四驱变速器返工过程中，经常要拆除输出油封，由于没有合适的拆卸工具，返工人员只能用螺丝刀和弯头卡簧钳作临时工具将输出油封撬出。这样的油封拆卸方法，经常会损伤油封周边的零件，造成许多零件报废。
发明内容
本实用新型为克服现有技术的不足，提供了用于6HP四驱变速器输出油封拆卸专用工装，使得输出油封拆卸过程方便、实用、不损伤其它零件。
为实现上述目的，设计一种用于四驱变速器输出油封拆卸工装，包括螺杆、拉模座、拉杆、固定销、扁冲，其特征在于：拉模座呈圆盘法兰状，拉模座的底盘左右两侧对称各设有腰形孔，拉模座上方设有螺杆，螺杆通过螺纹拧入拉模座内，拉模座的底盘上贯穿腰形孔设有拉杆，拉杆的下方采用固定销连接扁冲。
所述的拉杆中央两侧各设有凹槽。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，提供了用于6HP四驱变速器输出油封拆卸专用工装，使得输出油封拆卸过程方便、实用、不损伤其它零件。

参见图1，1为螺杆，2为拉模座，3为拉杆，4为固定销，5为扁冲，6为变速器输出油封，7为变速器输出轴，8为变速器壳体。
具体实施方式
下面根据附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
如图1至图5所示，拉模座2呈圆盘法兰状，拉模座2的底盘左右两侧对称各设有腰形孔，拉模座2上方设有螺杆1，螺杆1通过螺纹拧入拉模座2内，拉模座2的底盘上贯穿腰形孔设有拉杆3，拉杆3的下方采用固定销4连接扁冲5；拉杆3中央两侧各设有凹槽。
在工装使用前拉杆3与扁冲5通过固定销4连接成整体。在拆卸输出油封时，将扁冲5在旋转前刺破变速器输出油封6表面中央位置的橡胶，因为在变速器输出油封6的中央很窄的区域是没有金属骨架覆盖，将扁冲5旋转90度，扁冲5的凸肩卡在金属骨架下方，能够承受变速器输出油封6的拉出力；将两拉杆3分别套入拉模座2的腰形孔内，拉模座2定位在变速器输出轴7上端，再将两根拉杆3的凹槽卡在拉模座2的腰形孔内；一手扶住拉杆3和拉模座2 ，螺杆1顶在变速器输出轴7的中心孔上，用扳手转动螺杆1，将拉模座2升起，通过拉模座2将拉杆3拉起，最终通过扁冲5的凸肩将变速器输出油封6拉出，整个拆卸过程结束。

1.一种用于四驱变速器输出油封拆卸工装，包括螺杆、拉模座、拉杆、固定销、扁冲，其特征在于：拉模座（2）呈圆盘法兰状，拉模座（2）的底盘左右两侧对称各设有腰形孔，拉模座（2）上方设有螺杆（1），螺杆（1）通过螺纹拧入拉模座（2）内，拉模座（2）的底盘上贯穿腰形孔设有拉杆（3），拉杆（3）的下方采用固定销（4）连接扁冲（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于四驱变速器输出油封拆卸工装，其特征在于：所述的拉杆（3）中央两侧各设有凹槽。
