本实用新型提供了一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机，挤压机包括加料装置、传动机构、螺杆、螺套以及模头，螺杆为锥形螺杆。本实用新型摒弃了现有技术中糅合、挤压不充分，影响产品性能指标的开炼机，选用挤压机对经过密炼的原材料进行糅合、挤压，利用螺杆和螺纹的推进式配合，对材料进行更为充分的挤压和糅合，经过挤压机处理的材料，其拉力系数和材料密度都远高于经过开炼机处理的材料，因而能获得性能指标高的产品。

本实用新型涉及PVC生产领域，具体涉及一种利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机。
背景技术
在传统的PVC生产工艺流程中，经过密炼机对原材料进行混炼之后，从密炼机的出料口排出，转运至下一道工序，进入开炼机制备塑炼胶、混炼胶或进行热炼、出型。经过长期的生产发现，通过开炼机进行PVC片材的热炼，其拉力系数和材料密度往往都达不到理想的指标，究其原因是因为开炼机的机械结构特征，使密炼之后的原料无法得到更充分的糅合、挤压，最终影响成品的产品性能指标。

针对以上现有技术中存在的问题，本实用新型提供了一种挤压充分、产品性能好的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机，所述挤压机包括加料装置、传动机构、螺杆、螺套以及模头，所述螺杆为锥形螺杆。
所述螺杆上设有螺纹，所述近加料装置一端的螺纹直径大于螺杆一端的螺纹直径。
本实用新型的有益效果为：摒弃了现有技术中糅合、挤压不充分，影响产品性能指标的开炼机，选用挤压机对经过密炼的原材料进行糅合、挤压，利用螺杆和螺纹的推进式配合，对材料进行更为充分的挤压和糅合，经过挤压机处理的材料，其拉力系数和材料密度都远高于经过开炼机处理的材料，因而能获得性能指标高的产品。

1.利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机，其特征在于所述挤压机包括加料装置、传动机构、螺杆、螺套以及模头，所述螺杆为锥形螺杆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废PVC生产PVC片材的挤压机，其特征在于所述螺杆上设有螺纹，所述近加料装置一端的螺纹直径大于模头一端的螺纹直径。
