本实用新型涉及塑胶挤出加工设备技术领域，特指一种塑胶挤出回料装置。
背景技术
现有的塑胶挤出加工，由于原材料的清洁度都不高，会混合一些杂质，所以，挤出机的模头上都会产生一些热胶，每5-10分钟，需要对模头更换一次网，以梳通模头，使塑胶流动顺畅。现在的操作流程是，将热胶冷却，然后切块，再进行粉碎，最后再回收，这种操作导致材料损耗大约是6%-10%，而且回收过程需要调配3-4名人员，并配备粉碎机操作，同时，生产现场很快就会堆积大量这些回收料，工作量非常大、生产成本高、工作效率低。
因此，基于上述现有的塑胶挤出回料装置的缺陷，需要对现有的塑胶挤出回料装置进行改进。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种塑胶挤出回料装置，该塑胶挤出回料装置解决了现有的塑胶挤出回料装置所存在的：材料损耗高、生产成本高、工作效率低等缺陷。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的：
塑胶挤出回料装置，包括有挤出机，挤出机上安装有料斗组件，料斗组件包括有料斗、回料槽，回料槽位于料斗的下方，回料槽具有回料口。
回料槽的上部一边连接料斗的出料口、一边形成有回料口。
料斗的下端设置有活动的挡板，挡板位于料斗与回料槽连接的位置。
料斗和回料槽是一体式结构。
回料槽呈上部宽、下部窄的形状。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：模头进行换网时，热胶可以由操作员直接、即时、快速地由回料槽的回料口倒入，重新现场回收利用，使原料的损耗降低到1-2%，不需要额外增加人员和设备，可以降低生产成本，提高回收效率。

见图1——图2，本实用新型塑胶挤出回料装置包括：挤出机1、模头2、料斗3、回料口4、回料槽5、挡板6。
本实用新型包括有挤出机1、模头2，挤出机1上安装有料斗组件，料斗组件包括有料斗3、回料槽5，回料槽5位于料斗3的下方，回料槽5具有回料口4。
如图2所示，本实用新型的料斗组件包括有料斗3，料斗3的下方连接有回料槽5，回料槽5具有回料口4；回料槽5的上部大于料斗3的出料口，回料槽5的上部一边连接料斗3的出料口、一边形成有回料口4。
本实用新型料斗3的下端设置有活动的挡板6，挡板6位于料斗3与回料槽5连接的位置，该挡板6横向设置，可以起到开启以及关闭料斗3的出料口的作用。
本实用新型的料斗3和回料槽5可以是一体式结构。
本实用新型的工作原理是，模头2进行换网时，热胶可以由操作员直接、即时、快速地由回料槽5的回料口4倒入，重新现场回收利用，多次回收后的废料，不能再利用的，直接进行废料处理即可。本实用新型能够实现现场回收，使原料的损耗降低到1-2%，不需要额外增加人员和设备，可以降低生产成本，提高回收效率。

1.塑胶挤出回料装置，包括有挤出机，其特征在于：挤出机上安装有料斗组件，料斗组件包括有料斗、回料槽，回料槽位于料斗的下方，回料槽具有回料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶挤出回料装置，其特征在于：回料槽的上部一边连接料斗的出料口、一边形成有回料口。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶挤出回料装置，其特征在于：料斗的下端设置有活动的挡板，挡板位于料斗与回料槽连接的位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶挤出回料装置，其特征在于：料斗和回料槽是一体式结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑胶挤出回料装置，其特征在于：回料槽呈上部宽、下部窄的形状。
