技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线。
背景技术
现有的共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线结构复杂、挤出塑化效果不理想、自动化程度较低且能耗较高。因此,如何提高自动化程度并降低能耗,是单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线领域要解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、生产线自动化程度较高且能耗较低的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,包括:用于将固体颗粒状的塑料融化成胶态输出的挤出机、设于挤出机输出端的适于不间断更换滤网的双工位液压换网器、设于双工位液压换网器下游的用于将胶态的塑料经模内共挤成片材的成型模具、设于成型模具的输出端的用于光洁片材表面的流延机、设于三辊压光机下游的用于检测片材厚度的测厚单元、设于测厚单元下游的用于使片材表面附着带电粒子的电晕处理单元、设于电晕处理单元下游的修边及回收单元、设于修边及回收单元下游的双工位收卷单元。
进一步,所述挤出机包括多个,且挤出机的个数与片材的层数相对应。
进一步,所述电晕处理单元与修边及回收单元之间设有冷却架,以在收卷前使片材温度降至适于收卷的温度。
所述塑料包括:CPP、CPE、PET、PVDF、EVOH、TPU、PVC等。
本实用新型的上述技术方案相比现有技术具有以下优点:本实用新型的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线中,双工位液压换网器作为精密的不停机过滤系统,提高了产品的成品率。圆盘式的全自动双工位收卷单元,能自动地快速转换工作,可提供精确和稳定的收卷张力,确保高速生产下高品质薄膜的收卷。该生产线结构简单且生产线自动化程度较高。PC片材成品具有质量均匀、表面光洁等优点,故而产品品质较高。其还具有人性化的操作控制系统,其简化了操作程序,合理配备电控元件,整线运行可靠精确,操作直观简便。

见图1-2,本实施例的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,包括:用于将固体颗粒状的塑料融化成胶态输出的挤出机2、设于挤出机2输出端的适于不间断更换滤网的双工位液压换网器4、设于双工位液压换网器4下游的用于将胶态的塑料经模内共挤成片材的成型模具5、设于成型模具5的输出端的用于光洁片材表面的流延机6、设于三辊压光机6下游的用于检测片材厚度的测厚单元7、设于测厚单元7下游的用于使片材表面附着带电粒子的电晕处理单元8、设于电晕处理单元8下游的修边及回收单元9、设于修边及回收单元9下游的双工位收卷单元10。所述电晕处理单元8与修边及回收单元9之间设有冷却架1,以在收卷前使片材温度降至适于收卷的温度。
所述成型模具5上设有用于控制片材厚度的执行机构。根据测厚单元7测得的片材厚度经所述执行机构进行相应调整,该调整过程可以是人工控制,也可采用与所述执行机构和测厚单元7相连的PLC等智能控制器来自动控制。
所述挤出机2包括多个,且挤出机2的个数与片材的层数相对

1.一种单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,其特征在于包括:用于将固体颗粒状的塑料融化成胶态输出的挤出机(2)、设于挤出机(2)输出端的适于不间断更换滤网的双工位液压换网器(4)、设于双工位液压换网器(4)下游的用于将胶态的塑料经模内共挤成片材的成型模具(5)、设于成型模具(5)的输出端的用于光洁片材表面的流延机(6)、设于三辊压光机(6)下游的用于检测片材厚度的测厚单元(7)、设于测厚单元(7)下游的用于使片材表面附着带电粒子的电晕处理单元(8)、设于电晕处理单元(8)下游的修边及回收单元(9)、设于修边及回收单元(9)下游的双工位收卷单元(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,其特征在于:所述挤出机(2)包括多个,且挤出机(2)的个数与片材的层数相对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,其特征在于:所述电晕处理单元(8)与修边及回收单元(9)之间设有冷却架(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的单层、多层共挤塑料流延膜挤出生产线,其特征在于:所述成型模具(5)上设有用于控制片材厚度的执行机构。
