Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带有双向密封气室的胶条，使箱体在任何位置都能实现良好的密封，提高箱体的密封性能。包括U型安装卡槽，所述U型安装卡槽内安装有金属骨架，所述U型安装卡槽的下端连接有密封切条，所述U型安装卡槽的内外两侧分别连接有内侧密封气室和外侧密封气室。所述U型安装卡槽、内侧密封气室、外侧密封气室和密封切条均由三元乙丙橡胶发泡而成。本实用新型的密封条具有双向密封气室，无论箱体在闭合或向外拓展时都能有一侧的密封气室起到密封作用，密封效果好，提高了箱体的密封性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带有双向密封气室的胶条。
背景技术
目前，随着人们生活水平的不断提高，国内旅游市场的不断扩大，旅居房车正悄悄地走入人们的生活，成为人们主要的交通和居住工具，由于房车内包括独立的卫生间、厨房、客厅、卧室和驾驶室等部分组成，每一部分都要占用车内的空间，所以要求车内的尺寸比较大。但是为了符合国家法规的规定，车辆的外廓尺寸都受到很大的限制，所以就需要一种能够对车内空间进行拓展的功能箱体。在车辆拓展箱体中，为了防止灰尘进入箱体，在箱体底部安装密封条。目前，普通的密封条为条状，当箱体闭合时能够与轨道间夹紧密封，当箱体向外拓展时，起不到密封作用，造成灰尘进入箱体内。

本实用新型是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处，提供一种带有双向密封气室的胶条，使箱体在任何位置都能实现良好的密封，提高箱体的密封性能。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现：
一种带有双向密封气室的胶条，其特征在于，包括U型安装卡槽，所述U型安装卡槽内安装有金属骨架，所述U型安装卡槽的下端连接有密封切条，所述U型安装卡槽的内外两侧分别连接有内侧密封气室和外侧密封气室。
所述U型安装卡槽、内侧密封气室、外侧密封气室和密封切条均由三元乙丙橡胶发泡而成。

本实用新型的密封条具有双向密封气室，无论箱体在闭合或向外拓展时都能有一侧的密封气室起到密封作用，密封效果好，提高了箱体的密封性能。

本实用新型带有双向密封气室的胶条的示意图如图1所示，包括U型安装卡槽1，所述U型安装卡槽1内安装有金属骨架2，所述U型安装卡槽1的下端连接有密封切条5，所述U型安装卡槽1的内外两侧分别连接有内侧密封气室3和外侧密封气室4。
所述U型安装卡槽1、内侧密封气室3、外侧密封气室4和密封切条5均由三元乙丙橡胶发泡而成。
当箱体闭合时，外侧密封气室与轨道之间夹紧实现密封。当箱体外展时，内侧密封气室与轨道之间夹紧实现密封，同时，密封切条与轨道上表面之间实现密封。通过两侧的密封气室，提高了密封条对箱体的密封性能。

1.一种带有双向密封气室的胶条，其特征在于，包括U型安装卡槽，所述U型安装卡槽内安装有金属骨架，所述U型安装卡槽的下端连接有密封切条，所述U型安装卡槽的内外两侧分别连接有内侧密封气室和外侧密封气室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有双向密封气室的胶条，其特征在于，所述U型安装卡槽、内侧密封气室、外侧密封气室和密封切条均由三元乙丙橡胶发泡而成。
