本实用新型涉及汽车配件，尤其涉及一种汽车车门密封条。
背景技术
汽车侧门密封条起到密封、减震、隔音及装饰作用，防止外部的风沙、雨水、尘土等有害物质进入车内，以提高汽车部件的工作寿命和乘坐舒适性。汽车侧门密封条一般由泡管和基体组成，基体固定于车门上，车门关闭，泡管被挤压，与门框钣金紧密接触达到密封的效果。然而现有的汽车侧门密封条密封性能存在缺陷，在雨雪天行驶时依会出现漏风漏雨等现象，因此有必要设计一种汽车车门密封条。
实用新型内容
实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，适应现实需要，提供一种汽车车门密封条。
为了实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种汽车车门密封条，它包括基体和泡管，所述泡管连接在基体的一侧，基体的另一侧斜向上伸出设有挡水密封唇，所述泡管的内部装有海绵芯。
所述泡管一侧设有排气孔，泡管的连接端与基体固定部之间设有空腔。
所述基体固定部包括安装基体、内搭边和外搭边，所述安装基体上设有卡扣安装孔，所述内搭边外边缘的底部设有勾形内压边，所述外搭边为斜向上设置，外搭边的底部设有外压边，外搭边的外侧面上设有泡棉胶带。
本实用新型通结构简单、设计合理，通过设置挡水密封唇及海绵芯大大增强了车门的密封性能，通过设置内外搭边，且在外搭边的外侧面上设置泡棉胶带，使得使密封条安装更方便，整体安装更为牢固，此外海绵芯还能起到降噪的目的。

一种汽车车门密封条，它包括基体3和泡管2，所述泡管2连接在基体3的一侧，基体3的另一侧斜向上伸出设有挡水密封唇1，所述泡管2的内部装有海绵芯4,通过设置挡水密封唇可以起到进一步挡水的作用，同时由于设置了海绵芯4可以增强泡管2的密封硬度加强了车门的密封性能，此外海绵芯4还能起到密封降噪的作用。
所述泡管2一侧设有排气孔21，泡管2的连接端与基体3固定部之间设有空腔6，空腔6可辅助泡管2的变形。
所述基体3固定部包括安装基体31、内搭边32和外搭边33，所述安装基体31上设有卡扣安装孔34，所述内搭边32外边缘的底部设有勾形内压边35，所述外搭边33为斜向上设置，外搭边33的底部设有外压边36，外搭边33的外侧面上设有泡棉胶带37，通过设置内外搭边，且在外搭边的外侧面上设置泡棉胶带，使得使密封条安装更方便，整体安装更为牢固。

1.一种汽车车门密封条，它包括基体(3)和泡管(2)，其特征在于，所述泡管(2)连接在基体(3)的一侧，基体(3)的另一侧斜向上伸出设有挡水密封唇(1)，所述泡管(2)的内部装有海绵芯(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车门密封条，其特征在于，所述泡管(2)一侧设有排气孔(21)，泡管(2)的连接端与基体(3)固定部之间设有空腔(6)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车车门密封条，其特征在于，所述基体(3)固定部包括安装基体(31)、内搭边(32)和外搭边(33)，所述安装基体(31)上设有卡扣安装孔(34)，所述内搭边(32)外边缘的底部设有勾形内压边(35)，所述外搭边(33)为斜向上设置，外搭边(33)的底部设有外压边(36)，外搭边(33)的外侧面上设有泡棉胶带（37）。
