附图是喷风碾米机NF-14型的鑲铸螺栓的米筛片压条的结构图。在图1、2中,设在下湿砂型长200毫米宽20毫米厚15毫米的米筛片压条4型腔连通内浇道12型腔,内浇道12型腔连通横浇道3型腔,半圆头M6×28毫米的甲螺栓下端6插在Φ4.8毫米深18毫米的甲螺栓插孔5内,半圆头M6×28毫米的乙螺栓下端10插在Φ4.8毫米深18毫米的乙螺栓插孔9内,甲螺栓插孔5与乙螺栓插孔9的孔间距是160±1毫米,螺栓轴线至近宽边距离20毫米,横浇道3连通的直浇道2设在上湿砂型9上,上湿砂型1与下湿砂型7以箱外定位销12定位合型;镶铸螺栓的抗磨白口铸铁铁水进入直浇道2进入横浇道3进入内浇道4后充满米筛片压条4型腔并镶铸甲螺栓上端8和乙螺栓上端11。

1.一种镶铸螺栓的抗磨白口铸铁米筛片压条,由上湿砂型、直浇道、横浇道、内浇道、米筛片压条、甲螺栓插孔、甲螺栓下端、甲螺栓上端、乙螺栓插孔、乙螺栓下端、乙螺栓上端、箱外定位销、下湿砂型组成,其特征是:米筛片压条、甲螺栓插孔、甲螺栓下端、甲螺栓上端、乙螺栓插孔、乙螺栓下端、乙螺栓上端、内浇道、横浇道设在下湿砂型上,甲螺栓下端插在甲螺栓插孔内,乙螺栓螺栓下端插在乙螺栓孔内,直浇道设在上湿砂型上,上湿砂型与下湿砂型以箱外定位销定位合型;镶铸螺栓的抗磨白口铸铁铁水进人直浇道进人横浇道进人内浇道后充满米筛片压条型腔并镶铸甲、乙螺栓上端。
