传统润滑条件下,在汽车轮胎转动过程中,圆锥滚子轴承随着轮胎转动摩擦,依靠非摩擦时的摩擦面附着润滑油后摩擦产生的油膜达到润滑的目的。这种润滑方式只能解决机械传动部位动力传递时摩擦面初始接触时的临界负荷问题,随着机械运行环境各项条件的变化,传统润滑方法和润滑介质均不能使摩擦面最大程度减少磨损,润滑的有效期也不能成倍延长,摩擦发生时存留界面上的润滑剂存量无法得到保证。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,内圈2和一组锥形滚子4由筐形保持架3包罗构成一个内圈组件,两个内圈组件的小端面靠近并通过隔圈5接触。
两个内圈组件与隔圈5外面套裹着外圈,构成了完整的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
如图2和3所示,外圈1的内表面和内圈2的外表面均设有点阵式开放潜伏坑6,潜伏坑的尺寸是Φ2.5mm*1mm,相邻两个潜伏坑之间的距离是5mm。
锥形滚子在保持架的固定下分别与内、外圈接触,滚子与内、外圈之间的间隙处填充有固体润滑剂,润滑剂的使用标准为滚子和内、外圈之间的间隙处自由溢出。
工作时,内圈组件在轮胎的转动下在外圈内部转动,由于有潜伏坑6和固体润滑剂的存在,在内圈的外表面和外圈的内表面形成了润滑剂薄膜,保证了滚子在内圈和外圈间摩擦时润滑剂的无间断补充,延长了轴承的使用寿命,进而增强轮毂的性能和使用寿命。
