背景技术
目前，汽车轮毂轴承的运转及寿命有赖于润滑脂的效果，在润滑脂的品种选定之后，影响其润滑效果的最大因素就是密封件、润滑油沟的设计。现有的轮毂轴承通常为双排轴承，由于双排轴承的内部是相连通的，润滑脂会在两排钢球之间窜动，不能很好的引导润滑脂流向摩擦集中部位进行重点润滑，因此影响汽车轮毂轴承的运转和使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车轮毂轴承，润滑效果好，使用寿命更长。
本实用新型解决问题采用的技术方案是：一种汽车轮毂轴承，包括芯轴、密封件一、保持架、外圈、钢球、密封件二、内圈，在所述两排钢球之间还设有密封件三。
本实用新型的有益效果是: 在两排钢球之间设密封件三，对双排轴承内部空间进行分割，改善了轴承内部油脂的流动状况，使轴承内部需要润滑的部位能够得到润滑油脂的包裹，减小了轴承的摩擦，降低轴承运转时的温度，从而最终提高了轴承的寿命。

具体实施方式
结合附图所示，一种汽车轮毂轴承，芯轴1、密封件一2、保持架3、外圈5、钢球6和密封件二7、内圈8，在两排钢球6之间还设有密封件三4。密封件一2和密封件二7使整个工作部位形成了一个密封系统，不受灰尘影响，防止油脂外流；螺栓9用于与轮辋的连接。
装配时，对内、外法兰盘及内圈8等进行退磁处理，清洗各部件，将密封件三4压入外圈内，再将装入钢球6的塑料保持架3装入内圈，之后压入密封件一 2和密封件二7,最后压入内圈8，旋压螺栓9，完成产品的装配。

1.一种汽车轮毂轴承，包括芯轴（1）、密封件一（2）、保持架（3）、外圈（5）、钢球（6）、密封件二（ 7）、内圈（8），其特征在于：在所述两排钢球（6）之间还设有密封件三(4)。
