本实用新型公开了一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,包括整体呈环状的主体(1),沿主体(1)的圆周方向均布有多个用于容纳钢球的兜孔(2),所述兜孔(2)的内壁(21)成型有环形凹槽(22)。它减少了保持架与钢球的接触面积,并能改善润滑,降低润滑脂的切断的阻力,降低摩擦力矩,提高寿命。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及轴承技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架。
背景技术:
高速精密角接触球轴承是新型纺织机械的关键零部件之一,一旦轴承失效,将同时破坏轴,且轴承安装更换时间长,严重影响产量。
现有的高速精密角接触轴承丧失正常工作性能往往不是疲劳破坏,而是由于钢球同外圈、内圈和保持架之间的过量磨损导致轴承精度降低,进而影响主机的工作性能。
现有的轴承为了减少磨损一般只在轴承的外圈、内圈上设置油道,其只能减少钢珠与轴承的外圈、内圈之间的摩擦,然而从保持架与钢球运动的关系分析,在轴承高速转动的过程中,由于轴承内部润滑脂的粘性作用及离心力作用,钢球带动润滑脂旋转,润滑脂受到高速离心力从内圈滚道向外抛,不停撞击保持架,并从保持架与钢球的间隙中高速通过,然而由于润滑脂的粘性作用,有些油脂无法从保持架与钢球的间隙中通过,降低油脂的流动性,从而使得保持架与钢球的间隙内油脂减少甚至无油脂,运行时就使得钢球与保持架会相互磨损,降低轴承的使用寿命。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,它减少了保持架与钢球的接触面积,并能改善润滑,降低润滑脂的切断的阻力,降低摩擦力矩,提高寿命。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下:
一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,包括整体呈环状的主体,沿主体的圆周方向均布有多个用于容纳钢球的兜孔,所述兜孔的内壁成型有环形凹槽。
所述环形凹槽在内壁的中部。
所述环形凹槽的截面为半圆形。
所述主体为树脂材质。
所述主体的内侧壁与兜孔的内壁相交处成型有四个具有引导油脂的斜口。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
它通过在了兜孔的内壁成型有环形凹槽,钢球置于兜孔内,其减少保持架与钢球的接触面积,并能改善润滑,降低润滑脂的切断的阻力。对降低摩擦力矩,提高寿命大有好处。
同时,它采用树脂,其耐磨性好硬度高。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:见图1至2所示,一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,包括整体呈环状的主体1,沿主体1的圆周方向均布有多个用于容纳钢球的兜孔2,所述兜孔2的内壁21成型有环形凹槽22。
所述环形凹槽22在内壁21的中部。
所述环形凹槽22的截面为半圆形。
所述主体1为树脂材质。
实施例2:见图3所述,其主体1的内侧壁11与兜孔2的内壁21相交处成型有四个具有引导油脂的斜口3。其余同实施例1。
工作原理:通过在兜孔2的内壁21成型有环形凹槽22,其减少保持架与钢球的接触面积,同时,环形凹槽22内可以通油脂,能改善润滑,降低润滑脂的切断的阻力。对降低摩擦力矩,提高寿命大有好处。
同时,通过在保持架主体1的内侧壁11(内径侧壁)与兜孔2的内壁21相交处成型有四个均匀分布的具有引导油脂的斜口3,这样当轴承高速旋转时,油脂会从斜口3进入到钢球与保持架的兜孔2之间的间隙中,提高其油脂的流动性,降低粘性阻力,延长轴承使用寿命。

1.一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,包括整体呈环状的主体(1),沿主体(1)的圆周方向均布有多个用于容纳钢球的兜孔(2),其特征在于:所述兜孔(2)的内壁(21)成型有环形凹槽(22)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽(22)在内壁(21)的中部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,其特征在于:所述环形凹槽(22)的截面为半圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,其特征在于:所述主体(1)为树脂材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高速角接触球轴承用保持架,其特征在于:所述主体(1)的内侧壁(11)与兜孔(2)的内壁(21)相交处成型有四个具有引导油脂的斜口(3)。
