  本实用新型专利涉及一种双列圆锥滚子轴承，尤其涉及一种用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
背景技术
目前现有技术的汽车轮毂单元中的双列圆锥滚子轴承，结构相对复杂，装配精度低，安装麻烦，使用效果不佳，密封效果差。
中国专利CN200620108249.5，公开一种汽车轮毂单元总成，包括芯轴、外圈、内圈、第一滚动体和第二滚动体，芯轴的外侧配有沟道，外圈的内侧配有双列沟道，外圈与内圈之间夹持有第一滚动体，外圈与芯轴之间夹持有第二滚动体，内圈固接于从其内部穿过的芯轴上，内圈的内径与芯轴的外径过盈配合形成固定联接，芯轴的端部采用旋压铆合结构，旋压铆合结构紧贴内圈的大端面。此结构相对复杂，而且装配精度相对较低，使用效果不出色，密封效果差。
 发明内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种结构简单，而且使用效果出色的用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
   本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的： 
一种用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承，包括内圈，所述的内圈外套有外圈，所述的内圈和外圈间设有保持架，所述的保持架中嵌入有滚子，所述的内圈和外圈通过密封件相密封，所述的内圈上套有锁扣。
此结构简单，运转效果好，同时装配精度高。
  作为优选，所述的保持架的端部呈弯曲状，所述的滚子分别与内圈和外圈相触接，所述的内圈和外圈间设有一对保持架，所述的保持架呈对称状分布，所述的锁扣设在一对保持架间。
作为优选，所述的外圈的外侧壁设有卡槽圈。
    因此，本实用新型的用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承，结构简单，安装精度高，密封性能好。

1.一种用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承，其特征在于：包括内圈（1），所述的内圈（1）外套有外圈（2），所述的内圈（1）和外圈（2）间设有保持架（3-1，3-2），所述的保持架（3-1，3-2）中嵌入有滚子（4-1，4-2），所述的内圈（1）和外圈（2）通过密封件（5）相密封，所述的内圈（1）上套有锁扣（6）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于汽车轮毂单元的双列圆锥滚子轴承，其特征在于：所述的保持架（3-1，3-2）的端部呈弯曲状，所述的滚子（4-1，4-2）分别与内圈（1）和外圈（2）相触接，所述的内圈（1）和外圈（2）间设有一对保持架（3-1，3-2），所述的保持架（3-1，3-2）呈对称状分布，所述的锁扣（6）设在一对保持架（3-1，3-2）间。
