圆锥滚子轴承可以承受径向负荷和单一方向轴向负荷,当轴承承受径向负荷时,将会产生一个轴向分力,所以当需要另一个可承受反方向轴向力的轴承来加以平衡。目前普通使用的圆锥滚子轴承包括轴承外圈、滚子和轴承内圈,这种球轴承的结构决定其只能承受径向负荷,不能承受纯轴向负荷,而且使用寿命不长,工作效率不高,经常跟换和修理轴承,生产成本也随之上升。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种结构简单,工作效率高的双列圆锥滚子轴承。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,具有环形连接件,所述连接件的两侧对称设有轴承外圈、圆锥形滚子和轴承内圈,所述轴承外圈和轴承内圈上均设有环形圆锥滚道,滚道内放置有圆锥保持架,圆锥形滚子均匀分布在保持架上,圆锥保持架的倾斜角为5-20°,保持架的一端设有密封圈,所述轴承外圈和连接件的外侧设有止动槽。
进一步地,所述的密封圈相对于连接件对称分布。
进一步地,所述的圆锥保持架的倾斜角为10°。

这种新型双列圆锥滚子轴承结构简单,设计合理,外圈和内圈可分别安装,能够同时承受轴向载荷和径向载荷的联合作用,设有止动槽和密封圈,止动性能和密封性能都得到加强。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的密封圈(4)相对于连接件(6)对称分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型双列圆锥滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述的圆锥保持架的倾斜角为10°。
