现有的塑料球挤出装置在送料过程中难免会发生冷却凝固，从而影响加工效率，影响产品质量，有时甚至导致无法加工。

为了克服现有的挤出装置加工效率低的不足，本实用新型提供了一种塑料挤出装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种塑料挤出装置，包括减速箱、机筒、料斗座和位于料斗座上的料斗和料斗盖，所述机筒内设有螺杆，所述螺杆上一端设有加热器和风机座，另一端设有进水口和回水口，所述料斗内设有闸板，所述料斗座设有排料管和螺塞。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例，进一步包括所述加热器和风机座之间设有石棉垫。
本实用新型的有益效果是，由于在风机座和螺杆之间增加了加热器，该装置保证了料在加工过程中的温度，从而保证了加工效率和产品质量。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图，一种塑料挤出装置，包括减速箱12、机筒8、料斗座1和位于料斗座1上的料斗5和料斗盖6，所述机筒8内设有螺杆7，所述螺杆7上一端设有加热器9和风机座10，另一端设有进水口13和回水口14，所述料斗5内设有闸门板4，所述料斗座1设有排料管2和螺塞3。
所述加热器9和风机座10之间设有石棉垫11。石棉垫11具有高抗张强度、高挠性、耐化学和热侵蚀性，保证了风机座10的正常工作。
工作时，减速箱12带动螺杆7转动，料通过排料管2从料斗5内排出，机筒8与螺杆7配合，实现对塑料的粉碎、软化、熔融、塑化、排气和压实，并向成型系统连续均匀输送胶料。由于在风机座10和螺杆7之间增加了加热器9，在工作过程中对料进行不断地加热，该装置保证了料在加工过程中的温度，从而保证了加工效率和产品质量。

1.一种塑料挤出装置，包括减速箱（12）、机筒（8）、料斗座（1）和位于料斗座（1）上的料斗（5）和料斗盖（6），其特征是，所述机筒（8）内设有螺杆（7），所述螺杆（7）上一端设有加热器（9）和风机座（10），另一端设有进水口（13）和回水口（14），所述料斗（5）内设有闸门板（4），所述料斗座（1）设有排料管（2）和螺塞（3）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出装置，其特征是，所述加热器（9）和风机座（10）之间设有石棉垫（11）。
