    本实用新型涉及一种塑料挤出机。
背景技术
塑料是现代生活中不可缺少的一种重要材料塑料作为原料生产的制品已经渗透到人们日常生活的各个领域。在塑料被加工成制品的过程中主要包括两个环节,一是塑料的混合与塑化,另一是成型。为改善塑料的性能通常做法是把不同品种的塑料与其他材料,如:矿物粉、橡胶、纤维、木粉等按一定比例配方进行混合塑化,然后在成型为所需的制品。螺杆挤出机是最常见的一种混合成型设备,在现有的挤出机设备中由于塑料经过模具,形成工件时,由于工件没有完全冷却,而导致工件报废,浪费材料,成本高等缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,安装方便且能使塑料经过模具后得到完全冷却成型工件的塑料挤出机。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种塑料挤出机,包括料斗、螺杆和机筒,及设置在机筒内壁的加热装置,及与加热装置连接的温度控制器,及设置在机筒一端的电动机,及设置在机筒另一端的模具,所述模具上安装有可拆卸的冷却装置,所述冷却装置由进水口和出水口组成,所述进水口和出水口通过导管连接,所述出水口上设有阀门。
    作为优选的技术方案,所述螺杆安装在机筒内,所述电动机的输出端连接螺杆。
作为优选的技术方案,所述导管设有三根以上,所述导管为可折弯成型的铜管。
作为优选的技术方案,所述铜管上包裹有散热条。
本实用新型塑料挤出机的有益效果是:1、在使用时,通过在机筒内设有加热装置和温度控制器,可对于不同的材料,改变加热装置的温度;2、在模具上设有冷却装置,可对成型工件进行冷却,因此可减少工件报废,浪费材料等问题;3、结构简单,安装方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
本实施例中,参照图1和图2所示,该塑料挤出机,包括料斗1、螺杆2和机筒3,及设置在机筒3内壁的加热装置4,及与加热装置4连接的温度控制器5,及设置在机筒3一端的电动机6,及设置在机筒3另一端的模具7,所述模具7上安装有可拆卸的冷却装置8,所述冷却装置8由进水口9和出水口10组成,所述进水口9和出水口10通过导管11连接,所述出水口10上设有阀门12。
其中,所述螺杆2安装在机筒3内,所述电动机6的输出端连接螺杆2。
所述导管11设有三根以上,所述导管11为可折弯成型的铜管。
所述铜管上包裹有散热条13,通过设有散热条,从而导管中的水温下降。
本实用新型塑料挤出机的有益效果是:1、在使用时,通过在机筒内设有加热装置和温度控制器,可对于不同的材料,改变加热装置的温度;2、在模具上设有冷却装置,可对成型工件进行冷却,因此可减少工件报废,浪费材料等问题;3、结构简单,安装方便,成本低。

1.一种塑料挤出机,其特征在于:包括料斗、螺杆和机筒,及设置在机筒内壁的加热装置,及与加热装置连接的温度控制器,及设置在机筒一端的电动机,及设置在机筒另一端的模具,所述模具上安装有可拆卸的冷却装置,所述冷却装置由进水口和出水口组成,所述进水口和出水口通过导管连接,所述出水口上设有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述螺杆安装在机筒内,所述电动机的输出端连接螺杆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机,其特征在于:所述导管设有三根以上,所述导管为可折弯成型的铜管。
