本实用新型涉及一种冷却装置,具体涉及一种用于管材挤出生产线的循环冷却装置。
背景技术
HDPE塑料实壁管材的生产过程如下:加料后高温熔融挤出管坯,再经冷却管坯塑造成型,其中冷却对产品的质量至关重要,冷却方法不当往往会出现管材内壁开裂、外壁鼓包等严重质量问题,当冷却时湿度差异过大,熔融态的管坯从200℃左右的高温快速降温时,HDPE易产生内应力集中,导致产品弹性差、外壁不光洁、密度和强度降低等质量问题。
目前,塑料管挤出生产线的冷却装置大多采用真空定径、喷淋冷却方式,真空定径冷却方式需要真空环境,生产成本较高;喷淋冷却方式常常因湿度控制不佳而易导致管材内壁开裂、外壁鼓包等质量问题,影响产品性能,合格率低造成极大浪费,同时,喷淋冷却需要大量水进行降温,水资源浪费大,生产成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水资源可循环利用的用于管材挤出生产线的冷却装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型一种用于管材挤出生产线的冷却循环装置,包括喷淋箱、与喷淋箱相连接的出水管和进水管,进水管在喷淋箱的位置高于出水管在喷淋箱的位置,所述出水管依次与沉淀池、过渡池和冷水池相连接,所述冷水池通过进水管与喷淋箱相连接。
所述进水管外接有动力泵。
所述出水管和进水管上安装有阀门。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有的有益效果为:本实用新型可循环利用水资源,减少浪费,用于管材挤出生产线进可避免产品成型波动大,提高成品合格率。本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉易于推广。

如图1所示,一种用于管材挤出生产线的循环冷却装置,包括喷淋箱1、与喷淋箱1相连接的出水管2和进水管6,进水管6在喷淋箱1的位置高于出水管2在喷淋箱1的位置,所述出水管2依次与沉淀池3、过渡池4和冷水池5相连接,所述冷水池5通过进水管6与喷淋箱1相连接。所述进水管6外接有动力泵。所述出水管2和进水管6上安装有阀门。喷淋箱1内的水经沉淀、过滤和冷却后,再次进入喷淋箱1对管材进行冷却,循环利用水资源,可节约成本和减少浪费,并且有效避免了产品成型波动大,提高了成品合格率。

1.一种用于管材挤出生产线的循环冷却装置,包括喷淋箱(1)、与喷淋箱(1)相连接的出水管(2)和进水管(6),进水管(6)在喷淋箱(1)的位置高于出水管(2)在喷淋箱(1)的位置,其特征在于:所述出水管(2)依次与沉淀池(3)、过渡池(4)和冷水池(5)相连接,所述冷水池(5)通过进水管(6)与喷淋箱(1)相连接。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种用于管材挤出生产线的循环冷却装置,其特征在于:所述进水管(6)外接有动力泵。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种用于管材挤出生产线的循环冷却装置,其特征在于:所述出水管(2)和进水管(6)上安装有阀门。
