本实用新型提供一种挤塑机加热组件,属于挤塑机技术领域。挤塑机加热组件,包括套装在料筒外侧的至少三组加热装置和套装在加热装置外保护加热装置的外壳。所述加热装置为红外加热装置或电磁加热装置。本实用新型结构简单,设置方便,可快捷地与挤塑机的料筒及螺杆挤出装置配套使用,采用红外或电磁加热装置,代替原有的电阻丝加热,提高了加热效率,减少了能源的浪费。

本实用新型涉及挤塑机技术领域,尤其涉及一种挤塑机加热组件。
背景技术
挤塑机工作时,利用特定形状的螺杆,在加热的机筒中旋转,将由料斗中送来的塑料母粒向前挤压,使塑料母粒均匀地塑化(即熔融),通过机头和不同形状的模具,使塑料母料挤压成连续性的所需要各种形状的塑料层或其他形状的产品。现有的挤塑机采用螺杆技术,加热装置设置在料筒外,现有的加热装置多为电阻丝加热,一方面电阻丝加热效率低,电能消耗大,增加了生产成本;另一方面,电阻丝加热时,料筒受热不均匀,影响塑料母粒的熔融,影响最终产品的质量。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题是现有的挤塑机加热采用电阻丝加热,料筒受热不均匀,加热效率较低。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:提供一种挤塑机加热组件,包括套装在料筒外侧的至少三组加热装置和套装在加热装置外保护加热装置的外壳。
所述加热装置为红外加热装置或电磁加热装置。
优选地,所述加热装置沿料筒的轴线均匀排列。
所述螺杆上开有辅助加热通道;所述辅助加热通道呈U型,沿螺杆的轴线对称设置在螺杆上;螺杆的一个端面上开有与辅助加热通道相连通的进液口和出液口。
所述出液口和进液口上均设有阀门,所述辅助加热通道通过进液口和出液口与储存有加热液体的循环泵相连通。
所述外壳与加热装置之间套装有保温层。
所述保温层的材质为岩棉或聚苯乙烯保温材料。
还包括支撑外壳的底座,所述底座设置在外壳的下方,与外壳可拆卸连接。
所述底座内设有冷却外壳及螺杆的冷却系统。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:本实用新型结构简单,设置方便,可快捷地与挤塑机的料筒及螺杆挤出装置配套使用,采用红外或电磁加热装置,代替原有的电阻丝加热,提高了加热效率,减少了能源的浪费。本实用新型中设置有至少三组加热装置,对螺杆挤出的不同阶段分别进行加热,根据不同原料熔融所需的温度和形变的过程可设置不同的加热温度范围,进一步保证了原料熔融挤出的进行。本实用新型中在螺杆上还设置有辅助加热通道,加热液体在辅助加热通道内流动,对螺杆本身进行加热,防止螺杆与熔融原料之间的温差过大,影响原料的挤出。

具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本实用新型,下面结合具体实施例和附图对本实用新型进行进一步的描述。
如图1所示,挤塑机中,原料由进料斗14进入料筒1中,经加热装置加热和螺杆2与料筒的挤压下熔融,并由螺杆2的运动带动之机头连接器6处,经模具挤压成型。
如图1和图2所示,一种挤塑机加热组件,包括套装在料筒1外侧的至少三组加热装置3和套装在加热装置3外保护加热装置3的外壳5。
加热装置3红外加热装置或电磁加热装置。加热装置3沿料筒1的轴线均匀排列。
螺杆2上开有辅助加热通道9辅助加热通道呈U型,沿螺杆2的轴线对称设置在螺杆2上。螺杆2的一个端面上开有与辅助加热通道9相连通的进液口12和出液口13。进液口12和出液口13上均设有阀门,分别为进液阀门10和出液阀门11。辅助加热通道9通过进液口12和出液口13与储存有加热液体的循环泵相连通。进液阀门10和出液阀门11控制进入辅助加热通道9内的加热液体的量。
外壳5与加热装置3之间套装有保温层4。保温层4的材质为岩棉或聚苯乙烯保温材料。
本挤塑机加热组件还包括支撑外壳5的底座7,底座7设置在外壳5的下方,与外壳5可拆卸连接。底座7内设有冷却外壳5及螺杆2的冷却系统。冷却系统可为循环水冷却系统,用于挤塑机结束工作时,将这个装置降温冷却。

Claims (8)

1.一种挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:包括套装在料筒外侧的至少三组加热装置、螺杆和套装在所述加热装置外保护加热装置的外壳;所述加热装置为红外加热装置或电磁加热装置;原料由进料斗进入料筒中,经加热装置加热和螺杆与料筒的挤压下熔融,并由螺杆的运动带动之机头连接器处,经模具挤压成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:所述加热装置沿料筒的轴线均匀排列。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:所述螺杆上开有辅助加热通道;所述辅助加热通道呈U型,沿螺杆的轴线对称设置在螺杆上;螺杆的一个端面上开有与辅助加热通道相连通的进液口和出液口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:所述出液口和进液口上均设有阀门,所述辅助加热通道通过进液口和出液口与储存有加热液体的循环泵相连通。
5.根据权利要求1或2或4所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:所述外壳与加热装置之间套装有保温层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:所述保温层的材质为岩棉或聚苯乙烯保温材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:还包括支撑外壳的底座,所述底座设置在外壳的下方,与外壳可拆卸连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的挤塑机加热组件,其特征在于:还包括底座,所述底座内设有冷却外壳及螺杆的冷却系统。
