数控单油缸折弯机
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种折弯机,尤其涉及一种数控单油缸折弯机。 背景技术
[0002] 原有小吨 位液压折弯机的不足之处:1)速度较低,劳动生产率不高。驱进速度在 100〜150mm/s之间,压制速度在8〜12mm/s之间,返程速度在80〜130mm/s之间;2)操作油温较高,有过热,泄露的现象;3)折弯过程中油泵始终在运行,噪声较高,能量消耗大。
[0003] 现在电子产业飞速发展,各种通讯娱乐工具种类繁多,产量巨大。如:各种手掌机: Game boy、PSP, NDSL、GBA ;各类手机:经济型手机,商务型手机,智能型手机,拍照型手机, 游戏型手机,音乐型手机等。这些电子产品的外壳都有共同的特点:都是厚度薄,外形尺寸 (长度和宽度)小的板料,折弯精度要求高。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种工作平稳可靠、操作方便的数控单油缸折弯机。
[0005] 本实用新型的技术方案是:数控单油缸折弯机,所述折弯机主要包括机架、滑板、 模具、前托料、后挡料装置、数控系统、电箱、脚踏开关、光栅尺、光栅尺护罩、液压系统、油泵电机、油缸以及油缸护罩;机架采用钢板焊接结构并经整体回火处理,一次装夹并由数控落地镗铣床整体加工,保证机床刚性和各安装面的平行度及垂直度;机架上的吊耳用来起吊及运输,前后机脚板用来支撑机床及调节水平;滑板与机架之间通过油缸传动、直线导轨副进行导向;前托料支承导向板材,后挡料装置定位板材前后方向(即X轴方向)的长度;所述数控系统通过脚踏开关、电箱内电气元件的动作及光栅尺的全闭环反馈控制所述液压系统,油泵电机为液压系统提供动力源,液压系统通过液压元件的动作控制油缸活塞杆的伸出、缩回及其快慢。
[0006] 所述机架主要由工作台立板,工作台面板和焊接机架组成,前托料安装在工作台面板上,工作台面板安装在工作台立板上,工作台立板通过上下调整斜块微调上下高度后安装在焊接机架上,上斜块连接在工作台立板上,下斜块连接在焊接机架上;焊接机架的两侧分别由左立板和右立板组成,左右立板的上部焊接有吊耳,下部焊接有前后机脚板,焊接机架上的油箱、油缸安装板与槽钢焊接在左右侧板之间,右立板的外侧安装有C形板。
[0007] 所述的油缸与油缸护罩安装在油缸安装板上,油缸活塞杆与滑板相连,滑板随着油缸活塞杆的伸缩进行上下移动;所述的滑板与机架之间通过直线导轨副导向,滑块安装在油缸安装板上,直线导轨安装在滑板上;所述的模具包括上模和下模,上模通过压板与滑板相接,下模安装在工作台面板上。
[0008] 所述的后挡料装置安装在机架的内部,主要由挡指组件、横梁、R轴升降立柱、R轴升降座与X轴座组成;所述的X轴座安装于机架的槽钢上,主要由轴座、两组直线导轨副、滚珠丝杠副、轴承座、接板、轴座滑板组成,轴座滑板通过滚珠丝杠副传动与直线导轨副的导向实现X轴的前后运动,直线导轨安装在轴座上,滚珠丝杠通过轴承座与轴承安装在轴座上,轴座滑板与滑块连接,并通过螺母座与滚珠丝杠螺母连接在一起,伺服电机通过接板与轴座连接在一起。
[0009] 所 述的R轴升降座安装于轴座滑板上,并通过齿轮齿条传动与直线导轨副的导向调节R轴升降立柱的高低实现后挡料装置上下高度方向的运动,齿轮与手轮轴、手轮连接在一起,并通过轴承、隔套、手轮轴承座、手轮轴承盖与R轴升降座连接在一起,齿条与直线导轨分别通过升降齿条安装块、升降导轨安装块于R轴升降立柱连接在一起,直线导轨滑块安装在R轴升降座上;所述的挡料组件通过直线导轨副进行左右滑动,挡料组件安装在直线导轨滑块上,直线导轨安装在横梁导轨安装块上,横梁导轨安装块安装于横梁的上方, 横梁通过连接板与R轴升降立柱连接在一起。
[0010] 所述的脚踏开关信号传输到电箱,电箱安装在机架的右立板上,电箱再将信号传输到数控系统,数控系统通过吊臂安装在机架上;在机架右立板的外侧安装有C形板,在C 形板上安装有光栅尺与光栅尺护罩,光栅尺信号直接传输到数控系统。
[0011] 所述的油泵电机通过连接法兰与油箱相连,液压系统安装在油箱的顶部,与油缸通过路管相连。
[0012] 本实用新型用最简单的通用模具对小型薄板进行各种角度的直线弯曲,操作简单,通用性好,模具成本低,更换方便,机器本身只有一个基本运动上下往复直线运动,对一个小型薄板的多弯工件,根据设定的程序,折弯机能自动调整滑块行程和后挡料位置,并设定时间,一个零件的全部折弯工序自动连续进行,并且数控折弯机都有角度直接编程功能, 只要输入几个数据,经过一次试折和修正,即可完成调整工作。

具体实施方式
[0026] 为了使本实用新型实现的技术手段、技术特征、实用新型目的与技术效果易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本实用新型。[0027] 如图1、图2、图3、图4,本实用新型数控单油缸折弯机,主要包括机架、滑板3、模具 51、52、前托料5、后挡料装置6、数控系统7、电箱71、脚踏开关72、光栅尺73、液压系统8、 油泵电机22、油缸2、油缸安装板25。所述机架主要由工作台立板13,工作台面板14和焊接机架组成,前托料5安装在工作台面板14上,工作台面板14安装在工作台立板13上,工作台立板13通过上下调整斜块17、18微调上下高度后安装在焊接机架上,上斜块17连接在工作台立板上,下斜块18连接在焊接机架上;焊接机架的两侧分别由左立板1 1和右立板 12组成,左右立板11、12的上部焊接有吊耳19,下部焊接有前后机脚板15、16,焊接机架上的油箱23、油缸安装板21与槽钢10焊接在左右侧板11、12之间,右立板12的外侧安装有 C形板19。
[0028] 如图2a、图3、图4a所示,油缸2与油缸护罩25安装在油缸安装板21上,油缸活塞杆与滑板3相连,滑板3随着油缸活塞杆的伸缩进行上下移动;所述的滑板3与机架之间通过直线导轨副4导向,滑块41安装在油缸安装板21上,直线导轨42安装在滑板上;所述的模具包括上模51和下模52,上模51通过压板与滑板3相接,下模52安装在工作台面板 14上。
[0029] 如图6所示,后挡料装置6安装在机架的内部,主要由挡指组件61、横梁62、R轴升降立柱63、R轴升降座64与X轴座65组成。
[0030] 如图5、图6a所示,X轴座65安装于机架的槽钢10上,主要由轴座651、两组直线导轨副652、滚珠丝杠副653、轴承座654、接板655、轴座滑板656组成,轴座滑板656通过滚珠丝杠副653传动与两组直线导轨副652的导向实现X轴的前后运动,直线导轨安装在轴座651上,滚珠丝杠通过轴承座654与轴承安装在轴座651上,轴座滑板656与滑块连接, 并通过螺母座657与滚珠丝杠螺母连接在一起,伺服电机通过接板655与轴座651连接在一起。
[0031] 如图5a、图6b所示,R轴升降座64安装于轴座滑板656上,并通过齿轮641、齿条 631传动与直线导轨副633的导向调节R轴升降立柱63的高低实现后挡料装置上下高度方向的运动,齿轮641与手轮轴642、手轮643连接在一起,并通过轴承644、隔套645、手轮轴承座646、手轮轴承盖647与R轴升降座64连接在一起,齿条631与直线导轨分别通过升降齿条安装块632、升降导轨安装块633与R轴升降立柱63连接在一起,直线导轨滑块安装在R轴升降座64上;挡料组件61通过直线导轨副611进行左右滑动,挡料组件61安装在直线导轨滑块上,直线导轨安装在横梁导轨安装块621上,横梁导轨安装块621安装于横梁 62的上方,横梁62通过连接板635与R轴升降立柱连接在一起。
[0032] 如图1、图3、图4所示,脚踏开关72信号传输到电箱71,电箱71安装在机架的右立板12上,电箱71再将信号传输到数控系统7,数控系统7通过吊臂73安装在机架上;在 C形板19上安装有光栅尺74与光栅尺护罩75,光栅尺74信号直接传输到数控系统7。
[0033] 如图4a所示,油泵电机22通过连接法兰与油箱23相连,液压系统8安装在油箱 23的顶部,与油缸2通过管路相连。
[0034] 如图7为本实用新型的工作原理图,操作者在DNC(即数控系统)中输入折弯工件参数,系统自动计算折弯力,X轴驱动器(电箱内电气元件)定位尺寸;伺服电机驱动,旋转半闭环反馈后挡料装置的位置,后挡料装置定位,;踩下脚踏开关,变频器(电箱内电气元件)控制油泵电机起动,光栅尺闭环反馈滑板的位置,油缸的活塞杆伸出,滑板快下,工进,折弯完成后返程。

[0038] 本实用新型折弯机的电液控制过程为:当操作者在DNC中输入折弯工件的一些基本参数之后,DNC根据输入的参数计算出折弯该工件的折弯力,X轴的定位尺寸,滑板快速运动的距离。速度转换点的位置,下死点的位置,上死点位置等等,并分别控制比例溢流阀, X轴驱动器,变频器,比例换向阀等,控制整个机器的动作。
[0039] 如图8所示为本实用新型的液压原理图,并参考如下表2的动作顺序表:

[0042] 机器处于启动或停止状态时,所有阀均处于常态,压力油通过比例换向阀③的中位及两通插装阀流回油箱,机器快速下行时,电磁铁YV1、YV2、YV4均通电,压力油通过比例换向阀③的右位进入油缸上腔,油缸下腔的油液经快速电磁阀⑨流回油箱中,使机器的滑板因自重快速下降,被打开的液控单向阀对油缸上腔进行充液;
[0043] 机器低速工进时,YV1、YV2通电,其余电磁铁断电,液控单向阀处于关闭状态,压力油通过比例换向阀③的右位流入油缸上腔推动滑块下降,油缸下腔的油液经背压阀⑧流回油箱;为减轻换向冲击,压制完工件后需经少许时间进行对油缸上腔压力能进行泄压再进行返程;
[0044] 油缸快返时,电磁铁YVl、YV3均通电,压力油经比例换向阀③的左位及单向阀⑤ 进入油缸下腔,油缸活塞杆拉动滑板上升,油缸上腔油液通过已被控制油打开的液控单向阀及比例换向阀③快速流回油箱,到此完成一次工作循环。
[0045] 其中阀⑦为系统油缸下腔的安全阀。
[0046] 本实用新型用最简单的通用模具对小型薄板进行各种角度的直线弯曲,操作简单,通用性好,模具成本低,更换方便,机器本身只有一个基本运动一上下往复直线运动。
[0047] 对一个小型薄板的多弯工件,根据设定的程序,折弯机自动调整滑块行程和后挡料位置,并设定时间,一个零件的全部折弯工序自动连续进行。并且数控折弯机都有角度直接编程功能,只要输入几个数据,经过一次试折和修正,即可完成调整工作,不需要技术熟练的工人,并且用变频器控制油泵电机,只在折弯和回程过程中起动,节能环保。
[0048] 因针对的是小型薄板,折弯工人只需一人坐在SP-30/1020前,简单轻松的操作。 使用此折弯机的加工成本,可比普通折弯机节约20%〜70%,经济效果十分显著。
[0049] 本实用新型的装配方式方法如下:
[0050] (1)应按装配工艺规程进行装配,装配到单缸折弯机上的零、部件均应符合质量要求,不允许装入图样上未规定的垫片、套等零件;
[0051] (2)机架、导轨、工作台等重要的固定结合面应紧密贴合,紧固后,用0.05mm塞尺进行检验,只许塞尺局部插入,其插入深度一般不应超过宽度的20%,且可插入部分的累计长度一般不应超过可检周长的10% ;
[0052] (3)单缸折弯机的机械、电气、液压部件在工作时的声音应均勻,不得有不规则的冲击声和周期性尖叫声;
[0053] (4)单缸折弯机的外表面,不应有图样未规定的凸起、凹陷或粗糙不平,零部件结合的边缘应整齐、勻称;
[0054] (5)埋头螺钉不应突出零件外表面,固定销一般应略突出于零件外表面,突出值为其倒角值,螺栓尾端应突出于螺母之外,突出值不应大于其直径的五分之一;
[0055] (6)各种系统的管、线路安装应整齐、美观,不应与其他零、部件发生摩擦或碰撞, 管子弯曲处应圆滑;
[0056] (7)单缸折弯机的主要零、部件外露加工表面不应有磕碰、划伤、锈蚀痕迹。
[0057] 本实用新型的调试方式方法如下:
[0058] (1)主压力的调试:主压力是由DNC自动计算并由比例压力阀控制实现,该压力可通过如下方法检测:
[0059] ①接主压力表[0060] ②DNC在半自动状态
[0061] ③编制一个程序分别使用最大折弯力的25%、50%、75%、100%
[0062] ④进行空行程折弯
[0063] ⑤在滑块下死点处观察表上的压力值,它门必须与下表3所列相同
