背景技术
目前，金属管类直径缩减机大多采用液压缩管机、管端缩径器等设备，其缺点是遇有塑性强的金属管材时易造成管材破裂，而且缩减用力大耗能高产能低。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决目前金属管缩径机械费时费料、精度低效率差的问题，提供一种带有横向托板机构的设备。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种金属管缩径机，包括底箱、托管机构，底箱内装有电机，底箱上面左部装有托管机构，托管机构左侧装有带轮，电机通过皮带与带轮连接，带轮左侧装有离合手柄，托管机构右端装有夹头，其特殊之处是，托管机构右侧装有横向托板机构，横向托板机构左端安装缩径头，缩径头内部为凹型钢球盒，凹型钢球盒内装有钢球，多个钢球环绕形成缩径通孔，横向托板机构内中部与缩径通孔相同高度装有定位架，横向托板机构右端连接横向手柄。
工作时，首先将金属管一端放入夹头中，用手向左推动离合手柄夹紧金属管，再向左拉动横向手柄，带动横向拖板机构左移开始缩径，至金属管前端到达定位架结束。本实用新型可根据加工需要，调节凹型钢球盒的内径，实现多种参数的缩径尺寸。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述技术方案可以实现一种结构简单、成本低、加工精度高的金属管缩径机械。

如图中所示，底箱1内装有电机2，底箱1上面左部装有托管机构3，托管机构3左侧装有带轮，电机2通过皮带与带轮连接，带轮左侧装有离合手柄9，托管机构3右端装有夹头4，托管机构3右侧装有横向托板机构7，横向托板机构7左端安装缩径头5，缩径头5内部为凹型钢球盒10，凹型钢球盒10内装有钢球11，多个钢球11环绕形成缩径通孔12，横向托板机构7内中部与缩径通孔12相同高度装有定位架6，横向托板机7构右端连接横向手柄8。
工作时，首先将金属管一端放入夹头4中，用手向左推动离合手柄9夹紧金属管，再向左拉动横向手柄8，带动横向拖板机构7左移开始缩径，至金属管前端到达定位架6结束。本实用新型可根据加工需要，调节凹型钢球盒10的内径，实现多种参数的缩径尺寸。
