本实用新型涉及一种全表面钢车轮。
背景技术
目前，公知的一体式钢车轮构造是由轮辋和轮辐两个零件焊接而成。外侧的轮辋属于装胎部件，内侧的轮辐属于承载传力部件，两者都是采用冷冲压技术成形。传统的一体式钢车轮要求两侧轮缘必须是对称式的，轮辋与轮辐焊接在轮辋槽底处，因为结构的限制，其造型没有铝合金车轮美观，特别针对中级以上乘用车市场，其占有率一直屈居铝合金车轮以下。
发明内容
为了克服现有的钢制车轮外形上的不足，本实用新型提供一种全表面钢车轮，该车轮颠覆了传统的轮辋、轮辐结构，而且轮辋轮辐两部件的焊接处不同于传统钢车轮，整体造型更加接近铝合金车轮。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种全表面钢车轮，其特征在于：在轮辐上设置有轮缘，在轮辋上设有轮缘二，轮辋和轮辐的焊接点在轮缘一的下端。
本实用新型的有益效果是：可以给轮辐更多地造型平面，达到美观的目的；而且消除了轮辐与轮辋间外露面的缝隙，以使廉价的钢车轮达到或接近铝合金车轮的外观效果。
