背景技术
随着经济建设的发展,人民生活水平提高,各种新开发的食品大量涌入市场,丰富了人们的生活。在众多食品中,果冻产品以其营养高、口感好,为天然绿色食品而在消费者特别是儿童消费者中有广大的市场。果冻的外壳基本上都是塑料材质的,是通过挤出机挤出,再吹塑成型。挤出机在挤出过程中需要挤出管道进行加热,使得塑料能够被方便的挤出。现有技术中的塑料挤出机构加热不均匀,挤出螺杆推动效果不好,挤出机膜头也很容易被堵塞。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种加热效果好,挤出的塑料质量均匀的果冻塑料外壳挤出机构。

果冻塑料外壳挤出机构,设置于塑料挤出机上,包括挤出筒及设于挤出筒内的挤出螺杆,所述的挤出螺杆一端连接有传动机构,挤出螺杆的另一端连接有挤出机膜头,所述的挤出筒上部设有进料斗,其特征在于:所述的挤出筒上设有电加热器,所述的电加热器电连接于控制系统。
所述的进料斗呈圆锥形结构。
所述的传动机构为链轮传动方式。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型采用电加热器的加热方式,其热传递均匀,便于控制,塑料在挤出筒内流动性好,挤出机膜头不易内堵塞,结构上更加简单,维修方便。
