本实用新型涉及一种铸造火车车轮用的中芯芯盒顶杆。
【背景技术】
铸造火车车轮时，使用中芯来成形火车车轮内孔，中芯在射砂机上由中芯芯盒的型腔形状成形，中芯射制完成后通过3个￠16mm的顶杆将中芯顶出。
现有技术中，中芯芯盒因需要顶杆将中芯顶出，顶杆孔与型腔孔壁之间的距离没有安装排气塞，且已无安装排气塞的位置，导致中芯支腿的砂型排气不顺，容易造成虚砂，影响中芯成形，从而使火车车轮的废品率增高。
【发明内容】
本实用新型为解决上述问题，提供一种结构简单、具有排气功能的铸造火车车轮用的中芯芯盒顶杆。
【技术内容】
本实用新型实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下：
一种铸造火车车轮用的中芯芯盒顶杆，主要包括￠16mm顶杆，其特征在于：￠16mm顶杆内部有空腔，空腔呈L形，接近￠16mm顶杆上部的空腔一端有排气塞，空腔另一端在￠16mm顶杆外壁上形成有通孔。前述空腔直径为￠5mm、深55mm；排气塞直径为￠10mm；通孔直径为￠5mm。
本实用新型能使砂型顺利排气，减少虚砂，显著降低铸造火车车轮过程中的废品率，极大提高铸造火车车轮的生产效率。

本实用新型主要包括￠16mm顶杆(3)，￠16mm顶杆(3)内部有直径为￠5mm、深55mm的空腔(2)，空腔(2)呈L形，接近￠16mm顶杆(3)上部的一端有￠10mm排气塞(1)，空腔(2)另一端在￠16mm顶杆(3)外壁上形成￠5mm通孔(4)。
