本实用新型公开了一种汽车中冷器,包括主片、散热管及外框架,所述的主片上设有若干个通孔,通孔外包覆有一圈翻边,所述的散热管两端穿设在主片的通孔内,且所述的散热管与主片之间通过钎焊连接。由于本实用新型所提供的主片,其上面的通孔是预先加工好的,而且通孔外包覆有一圈翻边,这样的结构不但可以增大钎焊时的焊接面,而且焊接成品率高、焊接后密封性能较好。

背景技术
汽车中冷器是汽车发动机内一个重要的散热冷却部件,汽车中冷器主要包括主片与散热管,现有的汽车中冷器,其主片主要通过拉包拉起来冲孔,冲好孔后,再将散热管的两端穿进主片的通孔内进行钎焊,由于拉包后冲孔出来的主片,其通孔与散热管的焊接面较小,焊接效果差,容易出现废品,而且钎焊后散热管与主片之间的密封性也较差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种焊接面大、焊接成品率高、焊接后密封性能较好的汽车中冷器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种汽车中冷器,包括主片、散热管及外框架,所述的主片上设有若干个通孔,通孔外包覆有一圈翻边。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于本实用新型所提供的主片,其上面的通孔是预先加工好的,而且通孔外包覆有一圈翻边,这样的结构不但可以增大钎焊时的焊接面,而且焊接成品率高、焊接后密封性能较好。
本实用新型可进一步设置为所述的散热管两端穿设在主片的通孔内,且所述的散热管与主片之间通过钎焊连接。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示给出了一种汽车中冷器,包括主片1、散热管2及外框架3,所述的主片1上设有若干个通孔11,通孔11外包覆有一圈翻边12,所述的散热管2两端穿设在主片1的通孔11内,且所述的散热管2与主片1之间通过钎焊连接。
由于本实用新型所提供的主片1,其上面的通孔11是预先加工好的,而且通孔11外包覆有一圈翻边12,这样的结构不但可以增大钎焊时的焊接面,而且焊接成品率高、焊接后密封性能较好。

2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车中冷器,其特征在于:所述的散热管两端穿设在主片的通孔内,且所述的散热管与主片之间通过钎焊连接。
