本实用新型属于汽车零部件及其总成领域,尤其涉及一种新型微车尾门总成结构。 
背景技术
目前,汽车尾门系统都是通过两个铰接悬挂在顶盖后横梁上,尾门上装有玻璃窗,并与后保险杠、后部灯具组成整个微车的尾部外表。背门一般采用臂式铰链,空气弹簧减震支撑杆,卡板式门锁,门锁的打开由拉杆和外开手柄控制。铰接系统的刚度不足,特备是顶盖后横梁的刚度不足,将影响尾门的下沉量,影响门与门框的配合间隙和门缝处的表面齐平度,从而影响车身外观和功能。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处,提供一种结构紧凑、设计合理,结构稳定可靠、强度高、满足各种尾门应满足的强度、刚度要求的新型尾门总成结构。 
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:在尾门内板左端部位设有尾门左铰链加强件组件、尾门左气弹簧加强件组件,右端部位设有尾门右铰链加强件组件、尾门右气弹簧加强件组件,其下端部位设有尾门锁加强件组件,位于尾门外板中间部位设有尾门牌照灯罩加强件组件。

结构紧凑、设计合理,结构稳定可靠、强度高、满足各种尾门应满足的强度、刚度要求。

由图1-图2可知,本实用新型在尾门内板1左端部位设有尾门左铰 链加强件组件2、尾门左气弹簧加强件组件4,右端部位设有尾门右铰链加强件组件3、尾门右气弹簧加强件组件5,其下端部位设有尾门锁加强件组件6,位于尾门外板7中间部位设有尾门牌照灯罩加强件组件8。 
本实用新型尾门总成由尾门外板、尾门牌照灯罩加强件组件焊接成尾门外板焊接总成,并与由尾门内板、尾门左铰链加强件组件、尾门右铰链加强件组件、尾门左提弹簧加强件组件、尾门右气弹簧加强件组件、尾门锁加强件组件焊接成尾门内板焊接总成构成尾门焊接总成。尾门铰链采用外旋式,解决了尾门易与顶盖干涉的问题。

1.一种新型尾门总成结构,包括尾门内板,其特征在于:在尾门内板(1)左端部位设有尾门左铰链加强件组件(2)、尾门左气弹簧加强件组件(4),右端部位设有尾门右铰链加强件组件(3)、尾门右气弹簧加强件组件(5),其下端部位设有尾门锁加强件组件(6),位于尾门外板(7)中间部位设有尾门牌照灯罩加强件组件(8)。
