本实用新型公开了一种涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置，该连接装置包括涂塑钢管，在涂塑钢管的两个端口处的内壁上通过氩弧焊固定有不锈钢层，该不锈钢层位于涂塑钢管内的长度应不小于30mm，而且不锈钢层露出涂塑钢管的长度为2mm，焊接时，先用氩弧焊将不锈钢层与涂塑钢管固定为一体，然后再使用氩弧焊将两段涂塑钢管上的不锈钢层焊接，最后使用电焊将两段涂塑钢管焊接为一体，这样，位于涂塑钢管内表面的不锈钢层与涂塑层共同构成了完整的防腐层。

本实用新型涉及涂塑钢管连接技术领域，尤其涉及一种涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置。
背景技术
目前，市场上所用的涂塑钢管的连接方式，有沟槽连接、螺纹连接和法兰连接，在公称口径大于DN500以上的涂塑钢管连接时，钢管直接对焊会比较方便，但是涂塑钢管直接对焊会造成焊口两边30mm内的涂塑层损坏，而且钢管内表面又不好修补，这样就造成了焊口两边30 mm处容易腐蚀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置，该装置可以解决涂塑钢管对焊时涂塑层受到破坏的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置，包括涂塑钢管，所述涂塑钢管的两个端口处的内壁上通过氩弧焊固定有不锈钢层，所述不锈钢层位于所述涂塑钢管内的长度不小于30mm，所述不锈钢层露出所述涂塑钢管的长度为2mm。
采用了上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在涂塑钢管的两个端口处的内壁上设置了不锈钢层，则在对焊时，可用氩弧焊机将其焊接，然后再用电焊将涂塑钢管焊接，此时，事先焊接的不锈钢层便可保护涂塑层不受破坏，内表面的不锈钢层和涂塑层共同构成了完整的防腐层。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2共同所示，为本实用新型中涂塑钢管的结构示意图和焊接状态示意图，该涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置包括涂塑钢管1，所述涂塑钢管1的两个端口处的内壁上设有不锈钢层4，此处的不锈钢层4可用普通的不锈钢板与涂塑钢管1通过氩弧焊固定在一起，所述不锈钢层4位于所述涂塑钢管1内的长度应不小于30mm，而且所述不锈钢层4露出所述涂塑钢管1的长度应为2mm为佳，这样，距离所述涂塑钢管1端部30mm内的涂塑层均不会受到破坏。
如图2所示，焊接时，先用氩弧焊将所述不锈钢层4与涂塑钢管1固定为一体，然后再使用氩弧焊将两段涂塑钢管上的不锈钢层相互焊接，最后使用电焊将两段涂塑钢管焊接为一体，这样，位于所述涂塑钢管1内表面的不锈钢层4与涂塑层共同构成了完整的防腐层。
本实用新型不局限于上述具体实施方式，一切基于本实用新型的技术构思，所作出的结构上的改进，均落入本实用新型的保护范围之中。

1.涂塑钢管的双金属连接装置，包括涂塑钢管，其特征在于：所述涂塑钢管的两个端口处的内壁上通过氩弧焊分别固定有不锈钢层，所述不锈钢层位于所述涂塑钢管内的长度不小于30mm，所述不锈钢层露出所述涂塑钢管的长度为2mm。
