[0013] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型将现有的纯剪切消能改变为薄壁箱型结构压溃变形消能,能使行驶中的汽车在相碰撞后能立即实现自动熄火,并能同时进行全面自动减震,缓和或者消除其撞击力,消能效果得到显著提高,实现了汽车和人员安全的全面保护,在被追尾时也能有效保护汽车和人员的安全。

具体实施方式
[0026] 一种汽车碰撞消能保护装置,如图1所示,包括两个减震弹簧5和两个箱型吸能装置,装在车前端箱型吸能装置上的触点开关2。后模板4牢固的连接在汽车前梁上,前模板 1与汽车前保险杠牢固连接,触点开关2的前端顶在与前模板1连接的顶推板3上。一旦汽车发生碰撞,触点开关受顶推板的撞击立即断电,实现熄火。箱型吸能装置是由前连接内轨和后连接外轨的组合构成,采用箱型结构,左、右各安装一套。整套装置在汽车的前、后各安

[0027] 当汽车受撞击时,前模板1推动图2所示的弹簧5和箱型吸能装置的内轨6。弹簧 5受压缩实现缓冲的功能,内轨6多级剪切外轨7内的轴销10吸收一部分的动能,内轨6将轴销10剪切完后与外轨7 —起受压并被压溃变形而再次吸收一部分的动能。整个缓冲吸能过程平稳,可以吸收大部分的碰撞能量,保护汽车和乘车人员安全。
[0028] 如图4和图6所示,所述箱型吸能装置的结构为,外轨7的两端开有图4所示的八个螺栓孔12,螺栓9穿过这八个螺栓孔12将内轨6与外轨7连接。其中内轨6在其上开有如图3所示的两个长槽8,在剪切过程中内轨6可以沿这两个长槽8滑动,进而剪切安装在外轨7上的销轴。为加强内轨6强度,特在内轨6中焊接十字加强肋11,如图5所示,所述十字加强肋11由四块肋板14、15、17、18焊接而成,为了不妨碍内轨6的滑动,其中两块肋板15、18上也开有滑槽16。图4所示外轨7上,开有销孔19,销孔19呈交错排列,轴销安装在其上,形成逐级剪切。当内轨6完成剪切,完全被压入外轨7中时,箱型吸能装置开始被压溃变形,吸收大部分动能,本实用新型一般安装在汽车前端,对行驶中的汽车进行安全自动保护。
[0029] 本实用新型还可以安装在汽车尾部,可在汽车被追尾的时候保护司乘人员,其结构与本实施例相似,仅不需要安装触点开关2和顶推板3,不再赘述。
Claims (7)
1. 一种汽车碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,包括前模板(1)和后模板(4),在所述前模板(1)和后模板(4)之间设有至少一个可剪切-压溃消能的箱型吸能装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,所述箱型吸能装置结构为,包括一固接在后模板(4)上的外轨(7)和一固接在前模板(1)上的内轨(6),该内轨(6)上开有至少一个长槽(8),所述外轨上开有多个螺栓孔(12),所述内轨(6)的后部套装在外轨(7) 的前部内,并由穿过螺栓孔(12)和长槽(8)的螺栓(9)将内轨(6)与外轨(7)固定在一起。
3.根据权利要求2所述的碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,所述内轨(6)内设有十字加强肋,该十字加强肋中的两块肋板(15,18)上开有与内轨(6)中长槽(8)对应的滑槽(16),所述螺栓(9)从滑槽(16)中穿过。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,所述外轨(7)的后部上设有多个交错排列的销孔(10),该销(10)内设有销轴。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,所述前模板(1)和后模板(4 )之间设有至少一个弹簧(5 )。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的碰撞消能保护装置,所述前模板(1)固定连接在汽车前保险杠上,所述后模板4固定连接在汽车前梁上,所述箱型吸能装置上方设有触点开关 (2),该触点开关(2)的前端与连接在前模板1内侧的顶推板(3)接触。
7.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的碰撞消能保护装置,其特征是,所述前模板(1)固定连接在汽车后保险杠上,所述后模板4固定连接在汽车后梁上。
