本实用新型涉及一种易焊接的氢电池集流片,其包括一金属圆环面及与该圆环面的一侧连接的金属矩形条,该矩形条在其与圆环面连接处弯折,所述圆环面上沿圆环均匀设有多个凹点,所述矩形条的端部均匀的设置有多个凹点。本实用新型之集流片的圆环面及矩形条的端部的表面设有凹点,具有以下优点:集流片与正极盖帽内表面及泡沫镍焊接的部位由于有多个凹点从而凹凸不平,使得焊接更牢固,不易脱焊,且集流片的其余部位未设置凹点,节约不必要的凹点制造的成本;由于集流片的条形引导部在组装前的制造工艺阶段已弯折,故减少了电池组装阶段的工序,从而减小了电池的不良率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及氢电池技术领域,尤其是一种易焊接的氢电池集流片。
背景技术
如图1及图2所示,其分别为现有技术的组装于氢电池中的集流片结构剖面示意图及组装前集流片的平面示意图。组装之前,集流片为一平面金属片,其包括一圆环面11及设置于该圆环面11一侧的矩形条12,将矩形条12弯折,将矩形条12的端部焊接在氢电池的正极盖帽13的内表面,圆环面11的焊接于氢电池外壳10内的电池芯15正极端151表面即泡沫镍表面,集流片将正极电流传输至正极盖帽13。现有技术中,集流片是表面光滑的金属片,这样的结构有以下两个缺点:第一,由于集流片需经弯折后组装于氢电池内,所以集流片需要达到一定强度,所以需要一定厚度的金属片制作,成本较高;第二,集流片需要焊接在电池芯15的正极端151,光滑的集流片表面焊接强度不够,容易脱焊,造成电池性能不佳;第三,将集流片组装入氢电池外壳10内时,需先将矩形条12弯折,增加了组装工序,如弯折不好,则增加了电池的不良率。
实用新型内容
针对以上现有的氢电池集流片的不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型的焊接稳固、成本较低的氢电池集流片。
本实用新型的目的是通过采用以下技术方案来实现的:
一种易焊接的氢电池集流片,其包括一金属圆环面及与该圆环面的一侧连接的金属矩形条,该矩形条在其与圆环面连接处弯折,所述圆环面上沿圆环均匀设有多个凹点,所述矩形条的端部均匀的设置有多个凹点。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型之集流片的圆环面及矩形条的端部的表面设有凹点,具有以下优点:集流片与正极盖帽内表面及泡沫镍焊接的部位由于有多个凹点从而凹凸不平,使得焊接更牢固,不易脱焊,且集流片的其余部位未设置凹点,节约不必要的凹点制造的成本;由于集流片的条形引导部在组装前的制造工艺阶段已弯折,故减少了电池组装阶段的工序,从而减小了电池的不良率。

具体实施方式
如图3所示,其为本实用新型集流片的剖视图。该集流片为金属材质,其包括一圆环面21及与该圆环面21的一侧连接的矩形条22,该矩形条22在其与圆环面21的连接处弯折,使矩形条22与圆环面21之间成一夹角。该圆环面21上沿圆环面均匀地设有三个凹点211,矩形面22的端部均匀地设有三个凹点221。
本实用新型之集流片安装于氢电池内时,将圆环面21焊接至氢电池内的泡沫镍表面,将矩形条22的端部再弯折,使其端部焊接至氢电池的正极盖帽的内表面。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型之集流片的圆环面21及矩形条22的端部221的表面设有多个凹点211及221,具有以下优点:集流片与正极盖帽内表面及泡沫镍焊接的部位由于有多个凹点从而凹凸不平,使得焊接更牢固,不易脱焊,且集流片的其余部位未设置凹点,节约不必要的凹点制造的成本;由于集流片的条形引导部在组装前的制造工艺阶段已弯折,故减少了电池组装阶段的工序,从而减小了电池的不良率。
本实用新型的集流片,其圆环面21上设置的凹点211及矩形条22的端部设置的凹点221不限于3个,其可为4个、5个、6个或更多个。
