Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统,包括电晕辊、传动辊、气刀和水槽,电晕辊置于水槽中,在所述水槽上方的传动辊相对位置设除水压辊,所述除水压辊通过气缸控制。所述除水压辊采用橡胶制作。本实用新型由于设置了除水压辊,所有经过除水压辊的铸片都受到其挤压,加之除水压辊是橡胶制作的还存在一定的柔软性和吸附性,因此经过除水压辊的铸片一般只带有少量的水分,加上气刀的风量再进行吹扫便基本能除尽铸片的带水。

所属的技术领域
本实用新型涉及聚丙烯薄膜(简称BOPP薄膜)生产线中的装置,具体涉及BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统。
背景技术 现有的BOPP薄膜生产线铸片除水设备自身存在一定设计缺陷,在铸片除水方面就依赖四把气刀吹水,其能力明显不足,见图1。造成生产较薄的膜或生产线速度在300m/min时,铸片带水严重,影响薄膜外观品质。长期制约着产品质量的提升和生产的稳定性。260多度高温熔体从挤出机到模头挤出的塑料铸片,首先要经过冷凝水冷却,然后进入拉伸工序。然而,由于“铸片除水不净”,它带着水渍进入纵向拉伸段,就容易造成辊筒污染,进而造成薄膜划伤,产出大量次品,(如白擦痕、斜向擦痕等)甚至是破膜,严重影响生产效益。在这种情况下,有时只能保持较低的运转速度运行,降低了单位产能。因为机械转动的速度越快,带上来的水渍会越多,产品被划伤也就越多。尤其是此种情况存在着不稳定性,极易造成产品的批量降级。
实用新型内容 针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统,其可使铸片除水干净,不会带着水渍进入纵向拉伸段。
本实用新型为实现其目的所采取的技术方案: 一种BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统,包括电晕辊、传动辊、气刀和水槽,电晕辊置于水槽中,在所述水槽上方的传动辊相对位置设除水压辊,所述除水压辊通过气缸控制。
由上技术方案可知,由于设置了除水压辊,所有经过除水压辊的铸片都受到其挤压,加之除水压辊是橡胶制作的还存在一定的柔软性和吸附性。因此经过除水压辊的铸片一般只带有少量的水分,加上气刀的风量再进行吹扫便基本能除尽铸片的带水。

具体实施方式
参见图2、3,本实用新型包括电晕辊7、传动辊5、气刀1和水槽6,电晕辊7置于水槽6中,在所述水槽6上方的传动辊5相对位置设除水压辊2,除水压辊2可采用橡胶或塑料制成。所述除水压辊2与气缸3连接,通过气缸3控制除水压辊2对铸片施加的压力。
本实用新型保证了生产线速度开到300m/min时的除水性能,提高了产品质量和成品率。从生产情况看,加装除水压辊后,膜面因除水不尽造成擦痕至少比改造前减少3倍。 平均每月拉伸破膜比改造前减少了10次。

1.一种BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统,包括电晕辊、传动辊、气刀和水槽,电晕辊置于水槽中,其特征在于:在所述水槽上方的传动辊相对位置设除水压辊,所述压辊通过气缸控制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的BOPP薄膜生产线的铸片除水系统,其特征在于在所述除水压辊采用橡胶制作。
