背景技术
国内目前叉车上主减速器采用螺旋锥齿轮传动,工作时噪声大,对啮合精度很敏感,齿轮副锥顶稍有不吻合便会使工作条件急剧变坏,并伴随磨损增大和噪声增大,为保证齿轮副的正确啮合,必须将支承轴承预紧,提高支承刚度,增大壳体刚度。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种叉车主减速器,解决了叉车减速器工作时噪声大、运行不稳定问题,设计结构合理,能满足叉车桥箱需要。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种叉车主减速器,包括有壳体、差速器,所述壳体内通过主动轴转动安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮与主动轴为一体式构成,差速器上连接有从动齿轮,主动齿轮与从动齿轮为准双曲线齿轮传动啮合,主动轴外连接有输出轴。
所述主动轴的前端安装有导向轴承,主动轴后端安装有轴承。

本实用新型叉车主减速器采用准双曲线齿轮传动,当准双曲线齿轮与螺旋锥齿轮尺寸相同时,准双曲线齿轮传动有更大的传动比,当传动比一定,从动齿轮尺寸相同时,双曲面主动齿轮比相应的螺旋锥齿轮有较大的直径,较高的轮齿强度以及较大的主动齿轮轴和轴承刚度,当传动比一定,主动齿轮尺寸相同时,准双曲线的从动齿轮直径比相应的螺旋锥齿轮为小,因而有较大的离地间隙。设计结构简单,传递效率高,运行平稳,噪声低,刚性好。

参见附图,一种叉车主减速器,包括有壳体1、差速器4,壳体内通过主动轴7转动安装有主动齿轮2,主动齿轮2与主动轴7为一体式构成,差速器4上连接有从动齿轮3,主动齿轮与从动齿轮为准双曲线齿轮传动啮合,主动轴外连接有输出轴,主动轴的前端安装有导向轴承5,主动轴后端安装有轴承6。
