本新型涉及一种喷淋除尘器，具体地说是一种卫生陶瓷厂使用的施釉用喷淋除尘器。
背景技术
目前卫生陶瓷厂的施釉用喷淋除尘器，经验证喷淋除尘效果不佳。带有釉料的空气穿过两层水幕，过滤一部分釉料，在经过三层筛板的折射滤釉，由于引风机引风口的位置设置在除尘器箱体的侧面，致使在吸风口附近的风速度大，带有釉料的空气气流经过筛板的速度不均匀，远离吸风口的速度慢除尘效果不佳。空气气流的速度过快和速度过慢均导致除釉效果不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于针对现有技术引风口的位置设置在侧面，带有釉料的空气经过筛板的速度不均匀，除尘效果不佳的缺陷，提供一种将引风口设置在箱体的上沿，致使空气流速稳定，经过筛板的流速恒定，除釉效果更好的施釉用喷淋除尘器。
实现上述目的采用以下技术方案：一种施釉用喷淋除尘器，包括箱体，设置在箱体上的进风口，设置在箱体内的水幕形成机构、水幕挡水机构，所述的箱体上沿设置有引风机引风口。
采用上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型将引风口设置在箱体上沿，这种设置，使经过筛板的空气流速恒定，调整风速使带有釉料的空气在筛板的过滤下除釉效果更好。不但提高了釉料的回收率，而且降低了对空气的污染。

下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明：
本实施例是一种卫生陶瓷领域施釉用喷淋除尘器，它是对现有技术的改进，改进的部位是引风机引风口4的设置位置。见图1，进风口1与除尘管道用软连接相接，带有釉料的空气从进风口1进入除尘箱箱体3内。箱体3由碳钢板拼焊成型。箱体3内设置有水幕形成机构2和水幕挡水机构5，水幕挡水机构5位于水幕形成机构2的下方，水幕挡水机构5由三层筛板成角度排列。引风机引风口4设置在箱体3的上沿，该引风口4通过天圆地方接头与引风机的进风口相连接。
工作时，压力水进入水管由莲蓬头喷出形成水幕，由压力水形成的水幕有效拦截空气中的釉料。带釉料的水雾经水幕挡水机构5三次冲击筛板，水雾经过冲击形成混有釉料的混合水，流到除尘箱箱体3的底部经沉淀回收。除去釉料的空气气流形成U型轨迹，由引风机引风口4将除去釉料的空气带走。

1.一种施釉用喷淋除尘器，包括箱体，设置在箱体上的进风口，设置在箱体内的水幕形成机构、水幕挡水机构，其特征在于，所述箱体的上沿设置有引风机引风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的施釉用喷淋除尘器，其特征在于，所述的引风机引风口与引风机进风口相连。
