Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种胎圈锁紧装置，包括锁圈环（1），在锁圈环（1）内侧的底部设有双层尼龙箍紧层（2）。本实用新型采用在锁圈环内设置双层尼龙箍紧层的结构，由于锁圈环是一个独立的圆环胎芯，在装配时不需要专用工具，而双层尼龙箍紧层的尼龙帘线在受热时会产生收缩变形，达到收缩箍紧轮辋的效果，有效的提高了轮胎的低压性能；因此不仅可以在很低的气压下使用，而且还可以和MIS记忆胶料一起使用达到防弹的效果，可供有越野和防弹要求的车辆使用；本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低廉，使用效果好。

本实用新型涉及一种胎圈辅助装置，尤其是一种胎圈锁紧装置。
背景技术
目前，轮胎在低气压下的运行中，由于其内部的温度较高，因此橡胶发生软化而不能有效的箍紧轮辋，导致锁圈环与轮辋打滑；现在使用低气压下的胎圈锁紧技术，基本上是在轮胎内部设置支撑物，在轮胎低气压下，支撑物能够锁紧轮胎，并且保证轮胎和轮辋不打滑，从而达到能使汽车继续行驶的目的。但是，现有的载重车辆的胎圈锁紧技术结构较复杂、生产成本高、重量较重、需要专用的装配设备并且所达到的最低气压有限。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种胎圈锁紧装置，它结构简单、重量轻、不需要专用的装配工具，而且所能达到的最低气压低，以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型是这样实现的：胎圈锁紧装置，包括锁圈环，在锁圈环内侧的底部设有双层尼龙箍紧层。
由于采用了上述技术方案，与现有技术相比，本实用新型采用在锁圈环内设置双层尼龙箍紧层的结构，由于锁圈环是一个独立的圆环胎芯，在装配时不需要专用工具，而双层尼龙箍紧层的尼龙帘线在受热时会产生收缩变形，达到收缩箍紧轮辋的效果，有效的提高了轮胎的低压性能；因此不仅可以在很低的气压下使用，而且还可以和MIS记忆胶料一起使用达到防弹的效果，可供有越野和防弹要求的车辆使用；本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低廉，使用效果好。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：胎圈锁紧装置的结构如图1所示，在制作时，采用独立的圆环胎芯制作出锁圈环1，将双层尼龙箍紧层2粘接在锁圈环1内侧的底部。
在使用时，如图2所示，将锁圈环1固定在外胎4与轮辋3之间；由于轮胎在低气压下的运行中，其内部的温度较高，橡胶发生软化不能有效的箍紧轮辋导致锁圈环与轮辋打滑；而沿周向0度分布的双层尼龙箍紧层2的尼龙帘线在受热时会产生收缩变形，达到收缩箍紧轮辋3的效果，可防止低压情况下外胎4与轮辋3发生滑移。
