技术领域
本实用新型是一种滑动轴承,在国际专利分类中,属于轴承小类,即F16C,特别涉及发动机齿轮泵轴承。 
背景技术
发动机齿轮泵上的两对摩擦副-轴承,传统应用的有两种型式:一种是滚动摩擦副,通常采用滚针轴承;另一种是滑动摩擦副,通常采用铸造铜合金滑动轴承。因为齿轮泵在工作时产生的径向力很大,这两种轴承的磨损较快,从而影响了泵的工作质量和使用寿命,因此迫切需要有一种承载力大、摩擦系数低、耐磨性好的专用滑动轴承,以提高发动机齿轮泵的工作质量和使用寿命,这将对该产品质量的升级换代、技术进步起到良好的带动作用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种承载力大、摩擦系数低、耐磨性好的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承。安装着这种专用滑动轴承的齿轮泵与传统产品相比,能够更加可靠地满足油泵齿轮啮合过程中主动轴和从动轴两端轴承所承受的径向力,从而达到提高泵的工作质量和使用寿命的要求。 
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的:它是以优质碳素结构钢板为基体,所述的基体上面烧结有球形青铜粉层,在该球形青铜粉层上还敷轧并烧结有一层以聚四氟乙烯为主的塑料工作层,并构成一种三层复合材料层。 
所述的基体和所述球形青铜粉层的结合面呈熔融状态,所述的球形青铜粉层的厚度在0.20mm~0.35mm,并构成所述的三层复合材料层。 
所述的三层复合材料层的厚度在1mm~2.5mm范围内,且采用卷制工艺制造成带开口缝的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承,因卷制工艺是公知技术,不再予以叙述。 
本实用新型所述的产品具有承载力大、摩擦系数低、耐磨性好的特点,在油润滑条件下的极限PV值在50N/mm2.m/s以上,成为提高发动机齿轮泵的工作质量和使用寿命的升级换代产品。

下面将结合附图对本实用新型作详细的介绍:图1、2、3所示,本实用新型是以优质碳素结构钢板为基体1,所述的基体1上面烧结有球形青铜粉层2,在该球形青铜粉层2上还敷轧并烧结有一层以聚四氟乙烯为主的塑料工作层3,并构成一种三层复合材料层。 
所述的基体1和所述球形青铜粉层2的结合面呈熔融状态,所述的球形青铜粉层2的材料通常采用FQSn8-3,其厚度在0.20mm~0.35mm,并构成所述的三层复合材料层;所述的三层复合材料层的厚度在1mm~2.5mm范围内,且采用公知的卷制工艺制造成带开口缝的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承。

1.一种发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承,它是以优质碳素结构钢板为基体(1),其特征在于所述的基体(1)上面烧结有球形青铜粉层(2),在该球形青铜粉层(2)上还敷轧并烧结有一层塑料工作层(3),并构成一种三层复合材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承,其特征在于所述的基体(1)和所述球形青铜粉层(2)的结合面呈熔融状态,所述的球形青铜粉层(2)的厚度在0.20mm~0.35mm,并构成所述的三层复合材料层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承,其特征在于所述的三层复合材料层的厚度在1mm~2.5mm范围内,且采用卷制工艺制造成带开口缝的发动机齿轮泵专用滑动轴承。
