Abstract

自润滑无铅轴承包括金属基板、与基板烧结在一起的厚度为0.25-0.35毫米的球状无铅青铜粉层以及与青铜粉层紧密结合的减摩耐磨层。所说减摩耐磨层主要为聚四氟乙烯粉末、聚苯硫醚粉末,并掺有碳纤维。本实用新型保持无油润滑特性外,对比试验的PV值可达4.89N/mm2·m/S,最终磨损量为0.020mm,而对比技术的指标为3.34和0.026。

本实用新型涉及轴承,特别是滑动轴承中的三层复合轴承。
背景技术
公知公用的三层复合轴承由英国格拉西亚公司创制。系在钢板上烧结一层不规则厚度的青铜粉后,粘结聚四氟乙烯与铅的混合物并卷制成型,简称DU轴承。在国内的类似轴承中,聚四氟乙烯呈层状结构,层与层之间的结合能力差,极易相互滑动,在运动过程中,在极短的时间内,在对偶表面上形成转移膜,但它在对偶面上有较差的粘着性而造成严重磨损。在其中加入铅成为轴承后,虽然耐磨性能大大提高,但还不能适应减摩、耐磨要求更高的场合。同时由于青铜粉层太不规则,厚处铜粉外露,薄处聚四氟乙烯堆结,影响了性能,特别是青铜粉层中也含有铅,使之在多个行业不能应用。
实用新型方案
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自润滑无铅轴承,它既具有公知技术的自润滑性能,又改善了减摩、耐磨性能,此外要求扩展应用行业。
公开新的技术方案如下:自润滑无铅轴承包括金属基板、与金属基板烧结在一起的青铜粉层以及与青铜粉层紧密结合的减摩、耐磨材料层,最终卷制成轴套状。其特征在于青铜粉层为球状无铅青铜粉,制成后的厚度为0.25-0.35毫米;减摩、耐磨材料层主要为聚四氟乙烯粉末、聚苯硫醚粉末,并且掺有无害纤维。
按上述方案制成的轴承,因为无害成分,因此可在食品、制药机械等行业中应用。由于控制了中间层的厚度且呈较为规则的状态,并且在减摩、耐磨层中掺了纤维,因此在无油条件下对比试验的PV值达4.89N/mm2·m/S和最终磨损量为0.020mm。而DU轴承的相应指标为3.34和0.026。

具体实施方式
自润滑无铅轴承包括金属基板4,与基板4烧结在一起的青铜粉层5,以及与青铜粉层5紧密结合的减摩、耐磨材料层2。金属基板4通常采用钢板。青铜粉层5采用球状无铅青铜粉并且控制厚度为0.25-0.35毫米。减摩、耐磨材料层2主要为聚四氟乙烯粉末、聚苯硫醚粉末,并且掺有纤维6。所说纤维可为聚酰亚胺纤维、碳纤维等,本例采用碳纤维。最终产品为卷制成型,从图2看出,有接缝1。从图3可以看出,已有技术中DU轴承的青铜粉层3的厚度很不规则,减摩、耐磨层2亦厚薄不匀。

Claims (2)

1、一种自润滑无铅轴承包括金属基板[4],与金属基板[4]烧结在一起的青铜粉层[5]以及与青铜粉层[5]紧密结合的减摩、耐磨材料层[2],最终卷制成轴套状,其特征在于所述青铜粉层[5]为球状无铅青铜粉,制成后的厚度为0.25-0.35毫米。
2、如权利要求1所述的自润滑无铅轴承,其特征在于减摩、耐磨材料层[2]主要为聚四氟乙烯粉末、聚苯硫醚粉末,并且掺有无害纤维[6]。
