三层复合反卷制滑动轴套
                          技术领域
本实用新型涉及滑动轴承,尤其涉及一种用三层材料叠加的反卷制滑动轴套。
                          背景技术
目前市场上出现一种在钢板的一个表面烧结有铜粉层,在铜粉层上表面烧结有聚四氟乙烯,成三种材料层叠的复合板材,再将复合板材滚轧平整并到规定厚度,卷制成管形的滑动轴套,这种卷制是将聚四氟乙烯卷在的滑动轴套的孔内壁上,这种轴套用在座孔中,使轴孔有耐磨润滑表面。但在机械设计中也有时需要在转动或摆动轴颈上有耐磨润滑表面,这在市场上未曾有过。
                          发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种安装在轴颈上,外圆周表面带聚四氟乙烯耐磨润滑面的三层复合反卷制滑动轴套。
为了达到上述目的三层复合反卷制滑动轴套的结构是:它是圆周方向带开口或用搭口连接的圆管,其特征在于圆管的内孔是以钢为基材,在基材的外圆表面烧结有铜粉层,在铜粉层的外圆表面附着烧结有聚四氟乙烯。
上述结构的三层复合反卷制滑动轴套,可以将其安装在轴颈上,使轴颈的圆周表面具有内磨的聚四氟乙烯层,以满足不同结构的设计要求。

                        具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
以常规的方法在钢板1的一个表面烧结有铜粉层2,在铜粉层2上表面烧结有聚四氟乙烯3,成三种材料层叠的复合板材,再将复合板材滚轧平整到规定厚度如图1所示。根据三层复合反卷制滑动轴套的规格,下料制成带搭口4的三层复合滑动轴套的坯料如图2所示,再卷制,卷制的方向与传统的聚四氟乙烯3在轴套内孔的形式相反,使聚四氟乙烯3在轴套的外圈圆周表面上如图3、图4所示。也可用开口的形式,拼接线5是折线如图5、图6所示或是直线图7所示。

1、三层复合反卷制滑动轴套,它是圆周方向带开口或用搭口连接的圆管,其特征在于圆管的内孔是以钢为基材,在基材的外圆表面烧结有铜粉层,在铜粉层的外圆表面附着烧结有聚四氟乙烯。
2、根据权利要求1所述的三层复合反卷制滑动轴套,其特征在于所述的开口其拼接线是直线或折线形。
