                        技术领域
本实用新型涉及滑动轴承,尤其涉及一种无拼缝的双金属轴承。
                        背景技术
在现有的滑动轴承中有一种称之为双金属轴套的滑动轴承,它是在钢板的表面烧结有耐磨性好的铜合金层来制成的含有两种金属和特性的板材,然后根据滑动轴承的规格下料、卷制、整形制成带有开口或搭口的双金属滑动轴承。这种滑动轴承往往受板材厚度、轴承的刚性、加工的工艺限制一般尺寸精度较低。
                      实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、制造方便,尺寸精度高的无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承。
为了达到上述要求,无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承的技术方案是:包括用在钢板表面烧结有铜合金耐磨层的双金属板材制成带拼缝的轴套,其特征在于所述的拼缝通过焊接制成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。
按照上述结构制造的无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承,通过焊接制成整体的滑动轴承,可进行切削加工,具有不易变形、外形美观,尺寸精度高的优点。

                      具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据双金属滑动轴承的规格和要求以传统的方法在钢板1的表面烧结有耐磨性好的铜合金层2制造双金属的板材如图1所示,再下料成如图2所示、卷制、整形制成带拼缝3铜合金层2在内表面4的轴套如图3、图4所示。拼缝3通过氩弧焊接制成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。再经切削加工去除在焊接中产生的融渣、飞边和加工余量,成为无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承的成品零件如图5所示。

1、无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承,包括用在钢板表面烧结有铜合金耐磨层的双金属板材制成带拼缝的轴套,其特征在于所述的拼缝通过焊接制成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无拼缝的双金属滑动轴承,其特征在于所述的铜合金耐磨层在轴套的内表面。
