本实用新型公开了一种氩弧焊接无缝轴承,旨在提供一种结构简单、制造方便,尺寸精度高的氩弧焊接无缝轴承。包括用在钢板表面烧结有铜合金耐磨层的双金属板材制成带拼缝的轴套,其特征在于所述的拼缝通过氩弧焊接成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。该实用新型通过氩弧焊接成整体的滑动轴承,由于轴承接缝采用了氩气保护焊接,接缝是轴承材料材料自身的熔合,因此轴承接缝强度高。具有不易变形、外形美观,尺寸精度高的优点。适用与内孔精度高和轴承内表面不允许有表面接缝的场合如:工程车发动机部分、液压油缸导向部件等。

                       技术领域
本实用新型涉及滑动轴承,尤其涉及一种氩弧焊接无缝轴承。
                       背景技术
在现有的滑动轴承中有一种称之为双金属轴套的滑动轴承,它是在钢板的表面烧结有耐磨性好的铜合金层来制成的含有两种金属和特性的板材,然后根据滑动轴承的规格下料、卷制、整形制成带有开口或搭口的双金属滑动轴承。这种滑动轴承往往受板材厚度、轴承的刚性、加工的工艺限制一般尺寸精度较低。
                      实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单、制造方便,尺寸精度高的氩弧焊接无缝轴承。
为了达到上述要求,氩弧焊接无缝轴承的技术方案是:包括用在钢板表面烧结有铜合金耐磨层的双金属板材制成带拼缝的轴套,其特征在于所述的拼缝通过氩弧焊接成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。
按照上述结构制造的氩弧焊接无缝轴承,通过氩弧焊接成整体的滑动轴承,由于轴承接缝采用了氩气保护焊接,接缝是轴承材料材料自身的熔合,因此轴承接缝强度高,轴承整体刚度也与之前的开口或搭接口轴承有了根本性的提高。具有不易变形、外形美观,尺寸精度高的优点。适用与内孔精度高和轴承内表面不允许有表面接缝的场合如:工程车发动机部分、液压油缸导向部件等。

                       具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
根据氩弧焊接无缝轴承的规格和要求以传统的方法在钢板1的表面烧结有耐磨性好的铜合金层2制造双金属的板材如图1所示,再下料成如图2所示、卷制、整形制成带拼缝3铜合金层2在内表面4的轴套5如图3、图4所示。拼缝3通过氩弧焊接轴套5的外表面6拼缝3成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。再经切削加工去除在焊接中产生的融渣、飞边和加工余量,成为氩弧焊接无缝轴承的成品零件如图5所示。

Claims (3)

1、氩弧焊接无缝轴承,包括用在钢板表面烧结有铜合金耐磨层的双金属板材制成带拼缝的轴套,其特征在于所述的拼缝通过氩弧焊接成整体无接缝的滑动轴承。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氩弧焊接无缝轴承,其特征在于所述的铜合金耐磨层在轴套的内表面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的氩弧焊接无缝轴承,其特征在于所述的氩弧焊接是轴套的外表面拼缝。
