Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种塑料管材预定形冷却装置,其特征是它包括冷却内套、冷却外套和安装片;在冷却内套的内壁上有若干环形凹槽,在冷却内套上设有与环形凹槽相通的内套通孔;在冷却外套上设有吸气孔和输水孔,在冷却外套内壁上设有吸气凹槽和输水凹槽,吸气凹槽和吸气孔相通,输水凹槽和输水孔相通;冷却外套套装在冷却内套上,冷却外套内壁上的吸气凹槽和输水凹槽分别和冷却内套上对应的内套通孔相连通;安装片通过连接杆安装固定在冷却外套上。本实用新型具有能缩短塑料管材的冷却时间、提高塑料管材冷却定形的速度及提高生产效率的优点。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种预定形冷却装置,尤其涉及一种塑料管材预定形冷却装置。
二、背景技术
目前塑料管材的生产过程为先是由管材挤出机中挤出塑料管材,然后将挤出的塑料管材通入设有塑料管材冷却定形装置的真空箱中进行冷却定形;而由于从挤出机中挤出的塑料管材温度较高,在进入塑料管材冷却定形装置进行冷却定形时,为了使生产的塑料管材的管径和表面光洁度符合要求,就要使塑料管材得到充分均匀的冷却,由此其生产的线速度不能太快,否则塑料管材就容易变形报废。
三、发明内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高塑料管材冷却效果及提高塑料管材的生产线速度和生产效率的塑料管材预定形冷却装置。
本实用新型的技术内容为,一种塑料管材预定形冷却装置,其特征是它包括冷却内套、冷却外套和安装片;在冷却内套的内壁上有若干环形凹槽,在冷却内套上设有与环形凹槽相通的内套通孔;在冷却外套上设有吸气孔和输水孔,在冷却外套内壁上设有吸气凹槽和输水凹槽,吸气凹槽和吸气孔相通,输水凹槽和输水孔相通;冷却外套套装在冷却内套上,冷却外套内壁上的吸气凹槽和输水凹槽分别和冷却内套上对应的内套通孔相连通;安装片通过连接杆安装固定在冷却外套上。
本实用新型所具有的优点是:
1、通过本实用新型对挤出机中挤出塑料管材进行预冷却,由此缩短塑料管材冷却定形装置对塑料管材的冷却时间,提高了塑料管材冷却定形的速度。
2、本实用新型通过提高塑料管材冷却定形的速度,以此提高生产的线速度,提高了生产效率。

如图1所示,一种塑料管材预定形冷却装置,其特征是它包括冷却内套1、冷却外套2和安装片3;在冷却内套1的内壁上有若干环形凹槽1.1,在冷却内套1上设有与环形凹槽1.1相通的内套通孔1.2;在冷却外套2上设有吸气孔2.1和输水孔2.2,在冷却外套2内壁上设有吸气凹槽2.3和输水凹槽2.4,吸气凹槽2.3和吸气孔2.1相通,输水凹槽2.4和输水孔2.2相通;冷却外套2套装在冷却内套1上,冷却外套2内壁上的吸气凹槽2.3和输水凹槽2.4分别和冷却内套1上对应的内套通孔1.2相连通;安装片3通过连接杆4安装固定在冷却外套2上。
本实用新型的工作原理为,在使用时通过安装片3将本实用新型安装在挤出机的出口处,冷却水通过输水孔2.2输入输水凹槽2.4,同时通过吸气孔2.1和吸气凹槽2.3进行吸气,使冷却内套1内产生真空负压,使输水凹槽2.4中的冷却水与塑料管材外壁贴覆到冷却内套1的内壁1.3上并一起前行,冷却水对塑料管材和冷却内套1同时进行冷却,冷却水前行到吸气凹槽2.3处时则被吸掉。

1.一种塑料管材预定形冷却装置,其特征是它包括冷却内套(1)、冷却外套(2)和安装片(3);在冷却内套(1)的内壁上有若干环形凹槽(1.1),在冷却内套(1)上设有与环形凹槽(1.1)相通的内套通孔(1.2);在冷却外套(2)上设有吸气孔(2.1)和输水孔(2.2),在冷却外套(2)内壁上设有吸气凹槽(2.3)和输水凹槽(2.4),吸气凹槽(2.3)和吸气孔(2.1)相通,输水凹槽(2.4)和输水孔(2.2)相通;冷却外套(2)套装在冷却内套(1)上,冷却外套(2)内壁上的吸气凹槽(2.3)和输水凹槽(2.4)分别和冷却内套(1)上对应的内套通孔(1.2)相连通;安装片(3)通过连接杆(4)安装固定在冷却外套(2)上。
