本实用新型涉及一种塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置,包括冷却环、定径外套和定径内筒;在冷却环上设有冷却水通孔;在定径内筒上设有若干条槽形冷却水孔;在定径外套上设有输水孔;冷却环装在定径内筒一端的前部,定径外套套装在定径内筒上并固定连接在冷却环后端,定径外套与定径内筒之间形成有一输水环,定径外套上的输水孔和输水环相通,而套装定径外套的定径内筒处的槽形冷却水孔和输水环相通;其特征是在定径外套后端连接安装有两支杆,在定径内筒后端的支杆上固定安装有若干碟片,在碟片上设有管孔。本实用新型具有能提高塑料管材冷却定形的速度及提高生产效率的优点。
Description
一、技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料管材冷却定形装置,尤其涉及一种塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置。
二、背景技术
目前的塑料管材冷却定形装置包括冷却环、定径外套和定径内筒;在冷却环上设有冷却水通孔;在定径内筒上开有若干条槽形冷却水孔;在定径外套上设有输水孔;冷却环装在定径内筒一端的前部,定径外套套装在定径内筒上并固定连接在冷却环后端,定径外套与定径内筒之间形成有一输水环,定径外套上的输水孔和输水环相通,而套装定径外套的定径内筒处的槽形冷却水孔和输水环相通;塑料管材冷却定形装置在使用时是安装在真空箱上并使冷却环与定径外套在真空箱外侧;塑料管材的生产过程为:先是由管材挤出机中挤出塑料管材,然后将挤出的塑料管材通入设有塑料管材冷却定形装置的真空箱中进行冷却定形;塑料管材冷却定形装置在对塑料管材进行冷却定形时,先是通过向冷却环上的冷却水通孔输入冷却水对塑料管材进行预冷却;然后由定径外套输水孔输入冷却水,该冷却水经输水环和槽形冷却水孔对塑料管材进行冷却,同时在真空箱中喷淋头中喷出的冷却水通过定径内筒处的槽形冷却水孔流入定径内筒内对塑料管材进行冷却定形;由于设在真空箱中的定径内筒是通过槽形冷却水孔将喷淋头中喷出的冷却水输入到定径内筒内对塑料管材进行冷却定形,由于通入到定径内筒内的冷却水较少,为了使塑料管材能在定径内筒能完全的冷却定形,以致不会在经定径内筒后端的喷淋头进行冷却喷淋时发生变形,其只能通过降低塑料管材的生产线速度,以使塑料管材能在定径内筒中进行充分的冷却定形,由此其生产效率无法得到有效的提高。
三、发明内容
针对上述缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能提高塑料管材冷却速度、生产线速度和生产效率的塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置。
本实用新型的技术内容为,一种塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置,包括冷却环、定径外套和定径内筒;在冷却环上设有冷却水通孔;在定径内筒上设有若于条槽形冷却水孔;在定径外套上设有输水孔;冷却环装在定径内筒一端的前部,定径外套套装在定径内筒上并固定连接在冷却环后端,定径外套与定径内筒之间形成有一输水环,定径外套上的输水孔和输水环相通,而套装定径外套的定径内筒处的槽形冷却水孔和输水环相通;其特征是在定径外套后端连接安装有两支杆,在定径内筒后端的支杆上固定安装有若干碟片,在碟片上设有管孔。
由于在真空箱中的定径内筒对塑料管材的冷却定形效果较差,本实用新型通过在定径内筒后端设置带管孔的碟片,以此即可提高塑料管材与冷却水直接的接触面,同时又可通过碟片中生产的塑料管材外径相同的管孔来防止塑料管材变形,由此提高了塑料管材冷却定形的速度,从而可提高线速度,提高了生产效率。
在本实用新型中定径内筒长度为原先长度的1/3~1/2,定径内筒后端设置碟片的长度为定径内筒长度的1~2.5倍,即使支杆后端设置碟片的长度为支杆前端未设置碟片的长度的1~2.5倍。
本实用新型所具有的优点是:
1、本实用新型通过提高塑料管材的冷却水直接的接触面,提高塑料管材冷却定形的速度。
2、本实用新型通过提高塑料管材冷却定形的速度,以此提高生产的线速度,提高了生产效率。

五、具体实施例
如图1所示,一种塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置,包括冷却环1、定径外套2和定径内筒3;在冷却环1上设有冷却水通孔1.1;在定径内筒3上设有若干条槽形冷却水孔3.1;在定径外套2上设有输水孔2.1;冷却环1装在定径内筒3一端的前部,定径外套2套装在定径内筒3上并固定连接在冷却环1后端,定径外套2与定径内筒3之间形成有一输水环4,定径外套2上的输水孔2.1和输水环4相通,而套装定径外套2的定径内筒3处的槽形冷却水孔3.1和输水环4相通;其特征是在定径外套2后端连接安装有两支杆5,在定径内筒3后端的支杆5上固定安装有若干碟片6,设置碟片的长度为定径内筒长度的2倍;在碟片6上设有管孔6.1,管孔6.1的直径与生产的塑料管材外径相同。
本实用新型的工作原现为,本实用新型在使用时是安装在真空箱7上并使冷却环1与定径外套2在真空箱7外侧;塑料管材的生产过程为:先是由管材挤出机中挤出塑料管材,然后将挤出的塑料管材通入设有冷却定形装置的真空箱7中进行冷却定形;塑料管材冷却定形装置在对塑料管材进行冷却定形时,先是通过向冷却环1上的冷却水通孔1.1输入冷却水对塑料管材进行预冷却;然后由定径外套2输水孔2.1输入冷却水,该冷却水经输水环4和槽形冷却水孔3.1流入定径内筒3内对塑料管材进行预冷却定形,同时在真空箱7中喷淋头7.1中喷出的冷却水通过定径内筒3处的槽形冷却水孔3.1流入定径内筒3内对塑料管材再进行预冷却定形;塑料管材在通过定径内筒3预冷却定形后在通过碟片6时,喷淋头7.1中喷出的冷却水就会对塑料管材进行直接的冷却,同时又通过碟片6中的管孔6.1来防止塑料管材变形。

1.一种塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置,包括冷却环(1)、定径外套(2)和定径内筒(3);在冷却环(1)上设有冷却水通孔(1.1);在定径内筒(3)上设有若干条槽形冷却水孔(3.1);在定径外套(2)上设有输水孔(2.1);冷却环(1)装在定径内筒(3)一端的前部,定径外套(2)套装在定径内筒(3)上并固定连接在冷却环(1)后端,定径外套(2)与定径内筒(3)之间形成有一输水环(4),定径外套(2)上的输水孔(2.1)和输水环(4)相通,而套装定径外套(2)的定径内筒(3)处的槽形冷却水孔(3.1)和输水环(4)相通;其特征是在定径外套(2)后端连接安装有两支杆(5),在定径内筒(3)后端的支杆(5)上固定安装有若干碟片(6);在碟片(6)上设有管孔(6.1),管孔(6.1)的直径与生产的塑料管材外径相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管材碟片式快速冷却定形装置,其特征是支杆(5)后端设置碟片(6)的长度为支杆(5)前端未设置碟片(6)的长度的1~2.5倍。
