背景技术
目前塑料管材和型材的生产过程为先由挤出机中挤出塑料管材或型材，然后将挤出的塑料管材或型材通入设有冷却定形装置的真空箱中进行冷却定形；而由于从挤出机中挤出的塑料管材或型材温度较高，在进入冷却定形装置进行冷却定形时，为了使生产的塑料管材或型材表面光洁度符合要求，就要使塑料管材或型材得到充分均匀的冷却，其生产的线速度不能太快，否则塑料管材和型材就容易变形报废。

本实用新型目的在于提供一种塑料管、型材成型水冷却装置，提高塑料管材、型材的冷却速度，提高冷却效果
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种塑料管、型材成型水冷却装置，包括冷却水箱，冷却水箱的前壁设置管材型材的进口，冷却水箱的后壁设置管材型材的出口，进口和出口处设置内隔套；冷却水箱的前部设置进水口，冷却水箱的后部设置出水口。
本实用新型的有益效果是；水冷却装置对挤出机中挤出的塑料管材、型材进行水冷却，由此缩短塑料管材型材冷却时间，提高了塑料管材型材冷却定型的速度，进而相应提高塑料型材管材生产的线速度，提高生产效率。
