本实用新型公开了一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,包括挤出机模头,在挤出机模头的前端安装有管材挤出成型模具,所述挤出成型模具由口模和置于口模中心位置的芯模组成,在芯模的端面上设有进气口,在芯模内设有与进气口相通且延伸至挤出机模头内的若干气流通道,在挤出机模头的尾部对应气流通道设置有若干个圆周均匀分布的抽气阀,每个抽气阀上各连接有一根抽气管,所述抽气管均连接在抽风机上。本实用新型通过在挤出机模头的尾部加装抽风冷却装置,利用抽风机带走管材内壁的热量,当管材进入真空定径箱内冷却定型时,管材内壁和外壁的温度能够得到同步快速的降低,使管材内外壁均匀冷却,提升了管材的物理性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种挤出成型冷却装置,更具体地说,尤其涉及一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,属于塑料管材挤出成型技术领域。
背景技术
目前,在塑料管材制造行业,高分子塑料管材经挤出机挤出成型后,进入真空定径箱中使用冷却水喷淋管材外壁使管材冷却成型,此种冷却成型方法对壁厚较薄的管材有良好的冷却效果,当生产壁厚大于15mm的厚壁管材时,传统的喷淋冷却方法只能使管材外壁的温度降下来,而管材内壁的热量不能及时散去,导致管材内外壁温差大,使管材易产生熔垂现象,造成管材端面壁厚不均匀,管材下线后易收缩,端口外径达不到平均外径的98.5%,降低了管材的物理性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,解决厚壁管材挤出过程中的散热问题,使管材内外壁均匀冷却,提升管材的物理性能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,包括挤出机模头,在挤出机模头的前端安装有管材挤出成型模具,所述挤出成型模具由口模和置于口模中心位置的芯模组成,在芯模的端面上设有进气口,在芯模内设有与进气口相通且延伸至挤出机模头内的若干气流通道,在挤出机模头的尾部对应气流通道设置有若干个圆周均匀分布的抽气阀,每个抽气阀上各连接有一根抽气管,所述抽气管均连接在抽风机上。
本实用新型通过在挤出机模头的尾部加装抽风冷却装置,利用抽风机带走管材内壁的热量,当管材进入真空定径箱内冷却定型时,管材内壁和外壁温度能够得到同步快速的降低,使管材内外壁均匀冷却,提升了管材的物理性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图中的实施例对本实用新型作进一步的详细说明,但并不构成对本实用新型的任何限制。
如图1所示,本实用新型所提供的一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,包括挤出机模头1,在挤出机模头1的前端安装有管材挤出成型模具,所述挤出成型模具由口模2和置于口模2中心位置的芯模3组成,熔融的高温胚料是从口模2与芯模3之间的环形流道中挤出成型并送入真空定径箱内冷却定型,在芯模3的端面上设有进气口4,在芯模3内设有与进气口4相通且延伸至挤出机模头1内的若干气流通道(图未示),在挤出机模头1的尾部对应气流通道设置有若干个圆周均匀分布的抽气阀5,每个抽气阀5上各连接有一根抽气管6,所述抽气管6均连接在抽风机7上。
在厚壁管材的生产过程中,当管材从挤出机上挤出成型时,立即启动抽风机7,将管材内壁的热量从进气口4吸入,热量经气流通道进入挤出机模头1,再经挤出机模头1尾部的抽气阀5进入抽气管6,最后从抽风机7中排出,由此实现对厚壁管材内壁进行风冷的目的;当管材进入真空定径箱内冷却定型时,管材内壁和外壁温度能够得到同步快速的降低,保证管材内外壁冷却均匀,提升管材的物理性能。

1.一种厚壁管材挤出成型冷却装置,包括挤出机模头,在挤出机模头的前端安装有管材挤出成型模具,所述挤出成型模具由口模和置于口模中心位置的芯模组成,其特征在于:在芯模的端面上设有进气口,在芯模内设有与进气口相通且延伸至挤出机模头内的若干气流通道,在挤出机模头的尾部对应气流通道设置有若干个圆周均匀分布的抽气阀,每个抽气阀上各连接有一根抽气管,所述抽气管均连接在抽风机上。
