Abstract

本发明一种塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置,由空气循环冷却系统、通气管、隔热层及喷气头组成,其中通气管设置于挤出机内部,联通挤出机前端安装在模具芯棒上的喷气头和挤出机后端设置于挤出机之外的空气循环冷却系统,通气管及喷气头与挤出机接触部分均由隔热层间隔开,喷气头设为反向喷气。本发明的优点是:挤出的塑料管材外壁由传统挤出生产线冷却装置冷却,内壁增加有效的冷却装置可保证塑料管材迅速定型,特别适合生产厚壁管材,有效解决熔融塑料的熔垂现象,实现如核级聚乙烯管道、厚壁高抗压塑料管道等产品的高效生产。

塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种机械装置,特别是一种塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置。
背景技术
塑料管材以其无污染、可循环再利用、水力性好、使用寿命长等诸多优点被广泛应用,近年来随着核电工业的快速发展,应用于核电领域的塑料管材也应运而生,然而,核级管材要求很高,特别是耐压方面,这就需要塑料管材制作的管壁极厚。塑料管材一般是采用先进的塑料管材挤出生产线,通过各种规格的模具挤出熔融树脂,经真空定径及冷却获得管材成品。而熔融塑料具有一定的熔垂作用,特别是管壁极厚的管材,在熔垂作用下极难实现均匀壁厚管材的制备,甚至管材都无法成型,因此,亟待新的工艺或新的材料,亦或是新的装置改变这一现状,将塑料管道产品广泛应用于核电领域。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明设计了一种塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置,能够从在管材成型是的内壁实施有效的冷却,降低熔垂作用影响,实现厚壁塑料管材的高效生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置,由空气循环冷却系统、通气管、隔热层及喷气头组成,通气管设置于挤出机内部,联通挤出机前端安装在模具芯棒上的喷气头和挤出机后端设置于挤出机之外的空气循环冷却系统,通气管及喷气头与挤出机接触部分均由隔热层间隔开,喷气头设为反向喷气。
本发明突出的优点是:
挤出的塑料管材外壁由传统挤出生产线冷却装置冷却,内壁增加有效的冷却装置可保证塑料管材迅速定型,特别适合生产厚壁管材,有效解决熔融塑料的熔垂现象,实现如核级聚乙烯管道、厚壁高抗压塑料管道等产品的高效生产。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置,由空气循环冷却系统1、通气管2、隔热层3及喷气头4组成,通气管2设置于挤出机内部,联通挤出机前端安装在模具芯棒上的喷气头4和挤出机后端设置于挤出机之外的空气循环冷却系统1,通气管2及喷气头4与挤出机接触部分均由隔热层3间隔开,喷气头4设为反向喷气。
具体操作时,空气循环冷却系统1将冷空气经过通气管2输送给喷气头4,喷气头4反向喷射冷空气到管材内壁上,反向的冷空气可有效提供能量的交换,通气管2及喷气头4与挤出机接触部分均由隔热层3间隔开,避免空气循环冷却系统1输送的冷气被挤出机加热,同时也避免冷气影响挤出机的加热效率。管材内壁实现快速冷却定型,因此,熔垂缺陷会得到避免或减轻,大大提高厚壁管材的成型效率及品质。
本方案与现有技术相比的优点是:挤出的塑料管材外壁由传统挤出生产线冷却装置冷却,内壁增加有效的冷却装置可保证塑料管材迅速定型,特别适合生产厚壁管材,有效解决熔融塑料的熔垂现象,实现如核级聚乙烯管道、厚壁高抗压塑料管道等产品的高效生产。

1.塑料管材挤出生产过程内壁冷却装置,其特征在于由空气循环冷却系统(1)、通气管(2)、隔热层(3)及喷气头(4)组成,通气管(2)设置于挤出机内部,联通挤出机前端安装在模具芯棒上的喷气头(4)和挤出机后端设置于挤出机之外的空气循环冷却系统(1),通气管(2)及喷气头(4)与挤出机接触部分均由隔热层(3)间隔开,喷气头(4)设为反向喷气。
