本实用新型涉及一种泄压含油轴承,其整体呈中空的圆柱形,其内侧圆柱面上设有轴向的多个沟槽,所述柱体外部和侧面设有多条连通集油线槽。本实用新型泄压含油轴承内侧增设轴向沟槽,在风扇运转时可以有效降低轴芯与轴承表面的压力,使顺着轴芯飞溅到沟槽及轴承上表面的油品可以通过沟槽回渗透至内腔,油品在回渗的过程中同时起到两次润滑的作用,这样使轴承轴芯或得更佳的润滑效果,从而大大增加风扇寿命。

本实用新型涉及一种轴承,其具体涉及一种用于风扇上的泄压含油轴承。 
背景技术
目前,风扇上的含油轴承所用的润滑油在高温环境下,会发生变质碳化。这个碳化物与空气中的微尘容易积聚在轴承与轴心的相互运动的部位表面,造成轴心与轴承的间隙变小,造成风扇的转速下降,严重时会导致风扇发生卡死的现象。并且普通含油轴承储油量少,油品容易外溅,且不能重复使用,造成轴承的润滑性能差,轴承内孔容易磨损,容易产生异音,从而导致风扇的寿命短,所以现在急需一种轴心与轴承的间隙不容易变小,轴承内孔含油量大不易磨损的新型轴承。 
发明内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提出一种轴心与轴承的间隙不容易变小,轴承内孔含油量大不易磨损的泄压含油轴承。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取以下技术方案: 
一种泄压含油轴承,其整体呈中空的圆柱形,其内侧圆柱面上设有一条或多条沟槽,所述柱体外部和侧面设有多条连通集油线槽。 
所述沟槽为轴向设置。 
其一侧面设于向下的卡口。 
本实用新型由于采取以上技术方案,其具有以下优点:

如图1和图2所示,是本实用新型泄压含油轴承的整体结构图,其整体呈中空的圆柱形,泄压含油轴承内侧圆柱面上设有轴向的四个沟槽1,柱体外部和侧面设 有多条连通集油线槽2,泄压含油轴承的一侧面设于向下的卡口3。 
其中所述的沟槽1可以根据需要设有多条,增设沟槽1使整体的泄压含油轴承内部空间增大,内部储油量增多,并且轴芯飞溅到沟槽及轴承上表面的油品可以通过沟槽1和集油线槽2回渗透至内腔,油品在回渗的过程中同时起到两次润滑的作用,保护轴承不易磨损。并且润滑油在高温环境下聚集的微尘会顺着沟槽1向内腔排除,不易造成风扇的转速下降或卡死的现象。 
本实用新型泄压含油轴承整体结构比现有轴承更佳,实用性更长,使用寿命更长,从而使整个风扇的寿命增长,并且本实用新型泄压含油轴承不仅仅只限于应用于风扇领域,还可以应用于其他需要压含轴承的设备和装置上。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种泄压含油轴承,其特征在于:其一侧面设于向下的卡口。
