本实用新型属于模具压铸领域,具体来说涉及一种模具的顶杆。
背景技术
铝合金压铸件内部气体的排出问题一直是压铸领域的一大难题,一般的技术方案是通过改变浇注系统的结构来减少零件内的气孔,但是这种技术方案的应用有时会受具体情况的制约。例如,有的零件内浇口位置已经固定,而这个内浇口的位置又常常是使铸件容易产生气孔的位置,此时气体排出问题就更加成了难题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决零件厚大部位不易排出气体的问题。
实现上述目的本实用新型的技术方案为,一种带有排气槽的顶杆,包括固定部件和顶杆轴,固定部件和顶杆轴为一体结构,顶杆轴表面沿纵向剖有若干凹槽。
顶杆轴表面凹槽的形状为锥形或多边形,凹槽沿顶杆轴纵向方向的走向为直线或曲线。
本实用新型具有以下优点:(1)结构简单,加工成本低。本实用新型只需在原有的顶杆上,经过简单的机加工或者手工操作,剖出若干凹槽即可,工艺非常简单,也不需要其他原料。(2)适用范围广。凡是带顶杆的模具都可以使用本实用新型作为排气措施。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行具体描述。图1是本实用新型所述带排气槽的顶杆的纵向平面图,如图所示,顶杆分为两个部分,即固定部件1和顶杆轴2,所述固定部件1和顶杆轴2为一体结构。在顶杆轴2上,沿其纵向剖有若干凹槽3。如图2和图3所示,凹槽3的形状为锥形或多边形。凹槽3沿顶杆轴2纵向方向的走向可以为直线或曲线。
如图4至图6所示,图中模具5的内浇口位置在产品图上已固定,不能随便改动,通过本实用新型带排气槽的顶杆的使用,可以使气体顺着排气槽排出,从而可以解决零件厚大部位4内部气体排出困难的问题。
上述技术方案仅体现了本实用新型技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本实用新型的原理,属于本实用新型的保护范围之内。

1.一种带有排气槽的顶杆,包括固定部件(1)和顶杆轴(2),固定部件和顶杆轴为一体结构,其特征在于,顶杆轴(2)表面沿纵向剖有若干凹槽(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的顶杆,其特征在于,顶杆轴表面凹槽(3)的形状为锥形或多边形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的顶杆,其特征在于,所述凹槽沿顶杆轴(2)纵向方向的走向为直线或曲线。
