背景技术
目前用于饲料行业中物料的粉碎，通常用粉碎机来完成，这种粉碎设备主要是有转子、锤片、和筛片组成。锤片在转子的带动下旋转，对物料形成打击。锤片作为很重要的部件，它的形式直接决定着粉碎的效率。现有的粉碎机锤片，通常包括锤片本体，锤片本体是一定形状的钢片，呈平板状，锤片本体一端开设有安装孔，锤片本体另一端为打击端。这种锤片不太适合秸秆类物料的粉碎，秸秆类物料粉碎对锤片的磨损程度较大，一般比饲料粉碎的锤片要厚，由于成本问题，一般不会在锤片上敷设或堆焊耐磨材料，而是采用特殊的合金钢铸造形成，有因为物料的粉碎是受锤片的打击程度和时间决定，打击程度和锤片与物料的接触面有关。目前的锤片的平板状决定其和物料接触的是一条线状，接触面小，这就决定了现在的锤片对物料的打击时间短。对于秸秆粉碎机不可能像饲料粉碎机那样通过增加锤片的数量来提高打击几率，秸秆是纤维状泡状物，粉碎需要一定的空间；现有的粉碎机锤片在粉碎秸秆时，其粉碎效果较差。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于秸秆粉碎的锤片，使其解决现有锤片在粉碎秸秆类物料时，易磨损，打击面小，打击时间短的问题，以提高其打击粉碎效果。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种用于秸秆粉碎的锤片，包括平板状的锤片本体，所述锤片本体一端开有一安装孔，锤片本体的另一端为打击端，所述打击端中部分开成Y形的两个子打击端。
本实用新型工作时，粉碎机的转子转动，从而带动固定在转子上的锤片转动，物料在和锤片接触时，受到两个子打击端的顺序打击，提高了打击几率，在对物料打击的同时，剪切作用更强，有助于秸秆的粉碎，提高粉碎效率，并且结构简单，不影响粉碎空间。该装置适合应用于多纤维的物料的粉碎加工。
为制造方便，所述Y形的两个子打击端可由沿锤片本体长度方向开设的切口两侧向锤片本体上下表面折弯而成。其进一步改进，所述切口位于锤片本体的对称中心。其可保证打击端的切口两侧强度一致，两个子打击端均不易折断。为能消除切口根部的应力集中，所述切口根部设有减应力孔。
Y形的两个子打击端也可分体焊接在锤片本体端部而成。

具体实施方式
如图所示，为一种用于秸秆粉碎的锤片，其包括锤片本体1，该锤片本体1呈平板状，锤片本体1的一端开有一安装孔2，通过该安装孔2可将锤片本体1安装在粉碎机转子外周，锤片本体1的另一端为打击端，该打击端中部沿锤片本体1的长度方向开设有切口，切口两侧分别向锤片本体上下表面折弯，形成Y形的两个子打击端1a和1b。所述切口位于锤片本体的对称中心，切口根部还设有减应力孔3。
工作时，粉碎机的转子转动，从而带动安装在转子上的锤片1转动，物料在和锤片1接触时，先后受到子打击端1a和子打击端1b的顺序打击，其打击几率高，同时子打击端1a和1b的剪切作用加强，有助于秸秆的粉碎，可提高粉碎效率。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施例，作为本实用新型的明显变形和等同替代，所述两个子打击端可以成Y形焊接在锤片本体端部。
