背景技术
目前铸造常用的拔塞浇口箱，只有一个箱室，铁水倒入浇口箱后，拔起塞杆，铁水从浇注孔直接进入型腔完成浇注。使用该结构浇口箱，在浇注后期铁水表面的杂质随铁水一起进入铸型中，影响铸件质量。

本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种具有初步过滤功能的大型铸件拔塞浇口箱。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下方案，本实用新型包括由壳体、耐火砖层和耐火材料层组成的箱体和设置在箱体底部的柱塞式阀门，其结构要点在于箱体内设置有隔墙，隔墙下端面等于或略低于箱体底面，箱体底部有与隔墙相应的凹槽，该凹槽与隔墙之间设置有铁水通道。

本实用新型采取箱体内设置有隔墙，隔墙下端面等于或略低于箱体底面，箱体底部有与隔墙相应的凹槽，该凹槽与隔墙之间设置有铁水通道；隔墙将箱体内部分成两个箱室，铁水从没有柱塞式阀门的第一箱室进入箱体，通过隔墙下的铁水通道进入第二箱室，浮在铁水上部的杂质会留在第一箱室，从而达到初步净化效果。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知，箱体1由外向内依次为壳体11、耐火砖层10、耐火材料层9。箱体1底部设置柱塞式阀门14，箱体1内设置有隔墙5，隔墙5下端面等于或略低于箱体1底面，隔墙5下的箱体1上设置有与隔墙5相应的凹槽6，隔墙5底部与凹槽6之间有铁水通道7。隔墙5将箱体1内部分成两个箱室12，第一箱室8和第二箱室13。柱塞式阀门14是由箱体1底部设置有的浇注孔15和与浇注孔15配合的塞杆4组成，塞杆4上部连接有拔塞装置3。拔塞装置3由设置箱体上部的支架2和与塞杆连接的摇杆16组成。
浇注时，将铁水全部倒入第一箱室8，铁水通过隔墙5下的铁水通道7进入第二箱室13，完成初步过滤，下压摇杆16带动塞杆4上行，柱塞式阀门14开启，露出浇注孔15，经初步过滤的铁水从浇注孔15通过直浇道注入铸型。
