Abstract

本实用新型提供一种表面贴装型LED，其包括PT板、固定设置在所述PT板上的芯片、连接所述芯片与所述PT板的金线、以及用于密封保护所述芯片的封装胶体。所有所述PT板组成在一起形成的矩形PT板整体的长为2.8毫米，宽为2毫米。通过以上技术方案可以看出，本实用新型提供的表面贴装型LED由PT板、芯片、金线和封装胶体组成，结构简单，实现尺寸小型化，可以提高LED的清晰度和像素。

本实用新型涉及LED制造技术领域，特别涉及一种表面贴装型LED。
背景技术
LED(发光二极管)应用非常广泛，由于现有技术提供的全彩SMD(表面贴装型，Surface Mounted)LED尺寸相对较大，只能应用于清晰度要求不高的LED显示屏。SMD LED尺寸越大，用其做出的LED显示屏像素就越低，显示的图像清晰度也就越低。而高清LED显示屏，像素要求较高。所以像这种高清LED显示屏，现有的全彩SMD LED无法满足要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种小型化、清晰度高、像素高的表面贴装型LED。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供以下技术方案：
一种表面贴装型LED，其包括PT板、固定设置在所述PT板上的芯片、连接所述芯片与所述PT板的金线、以及用于密封保护所述芯片的封装胶体。
其中，优选的，所有所述PT板组成在一起形成的矩形PT板整体的长为2.8毫米，宽为2毫米。
通过以上技术方案可以看出，本实用新型提供的表面贴装型LED由PT板、芯片、金线和封装胶体组成，结构简单，实现尺寸小型化，可以提高LED的清晰度和像素。

如图1和图2所示，本实用新型实施例提供的表面贴装型LED，其包括PT板101、固定设置在所述PT板101上的芯片102、连接所述芯片102与所述PT板101的金线103、以及用于密封保护所述芯片102的封装胶体104。在本实施例中，优选的，所述所有PT板组成在一起形成的矩形PT板整体的长为2.8毫米，宽为2毫米。
该实施例提供的表面贴装型LED由PT板、芯片、金线和封装胶体组成，结构简单，实现尺寸小型化，可以提高LED的清晰度和像素。
