Abstract

塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,它包括进料段(1)、压缩段(2)、均化段(3),进料段(1)为底径不变的等径螺纹段,压缩段(2)由主螺纹距为(t1)的主螺纹(A)和副螺纹距为(t2)的副螺纹(B)组成,主螺纹(A)形成固相槽(4),副螺纹(B)形成液相槽(5),固相槽(4)和液相槽(5)完全分离;均化段(3)的前端为口头的螺纹(6)。本实用新型在压缩段由单头等距变为双头不等距,均化段采用十二头螺纹剪切元件,在均化段后设计狼牙棒式混炼元件形成混炼段,提高塑料挤出机的塑化效果,有效减少塑料薄膜晶点的形成。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,它应用于塑料吹膜生产线的塑料挤出机中。
背景技术
塑料挤出机螺杆基本上由进料段、压缩段、均化段三段组成,且都是呈单头螺纹结构或在压缩段加销钉,均化段采用简单的剪切元件。这种结构的螺杆对塑料的输送效率低,剪切热大,塑化效果差。
现有一种双头分离型螺杆,采用三段式设计。双头螺纹,但固相槽和液相槽底径相通,无剪切元件,塑化效果不理想。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双头分离型螺杆,该螺杆在压缩段由单头等距变为双头不等距,均化段采用十二头螺纹剪切元件,在均化段后设计狼牙棒式混炼元件形成混炼段,提高塑料挤出机的塑化效果,有效减少塑料薄膜晶点的形成。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,它包括进料段、压缩段、均化段,进料段为底径不变的等径螺纹段,其特征在于压缩段由主螺纹距为t1的主螺纹和副螺纹距为t2的副螺纹组成,主螺纹形成固相槽,副螺纹形成液相槽,固相槽和液相槽完全分离;均化段的前端为口头的螺纹,口头的螺纹按相互间隔分开形成为第一个六头螺纹输入组和第二个六头螺纹输入组,均化段的后端为狼牙棒式混炼段7。
在上述技术方案中,所述的第一个六头螺纹输入组的流道由浅变深,第二个六头螺纹输入组的流道由深变浅。
在上述技术方案中,所述主螺纹上固相槽的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹上液相槽的副螺纹距t2逐步变大。
本实用新型与现有的挤出机双头分离型螺杆比较,其显著特征是固相槽和液相槽在螺杆底径上不相连。那么没有完全熔融的塑料原料绝对不能进入液相槽,挤出机的塑化效果显著提高,塑料薄膜晶点必然减少。均比段口头螺纹在底径上的不连通是其又一特征,这样增加了熔体的剪切,提高了剪切能力,对塑化效果进一步提高。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的实施情况,但它们并不构成对本实用新型的限定,仅作举例而已。同时通过说明本实用新型的优点将变得更加清楚和容易理解。
参阅附图可知:本实用新型塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,它包括进料段1、压缩段2、均化段3,进料段1为底径不变的等径螺纹段,其特征在于压缩段2由主螺纹距为t1的主螺纹A和副螺纹距为t2的副螺纹B组成,主螺纹A形成固相槽4,副螺纹B形成液相槽5,固相槽4和液相槽5完全分离;均化段3的前端为口头的螺纹6,口头的螺纹6按相互间隔分开形成为第一个六头螺纹输入组I和第二个六头螺纹输入组II,均化段3的后端为狼牙棒式混炼段7(如图1、图2、图3、图4所示)。
第一个六头螺纹输入组I的流道由浅变深,第二个六头螺纹输入组II的流道由深变浅(如图3、图4所示)。
主螺纹A上固相槽4的主螺纹距t1逐步变小,副螺纹B上液相槽5的副螺纹距t2逐步变大(如图1所示)。
进料段1为底径不变的等径螺纹段,压缩段2由主螺距为t1的主螺纹A和副螺纹距为t2的副螺纹B组成,主螺纹A与副螺纹B形成两个完全分离的输送槽,固相槽4和液相槽5,不熔融料不能进入固相槽4,固相槽4内未塑化好的熔融体不能漏流进入液相槽5,提高塑化效果,减少混色产生。均化段3为口头的螺纹,按相互间隔分开形成两组六头螺纹,第一个六头螺纹输入组I,第二个六头螺纹输入组II。两组螺纹提高了输送和剪切塑化效率。本螺杆在工作中,固相槽4在向前输送原料时,原料逐步熔融塑化,经混流进入液相槽5,由液相槽5向前输送,固相槽4、液相槽5完全分开,提高了输送的稳定性,让挤出机背压更稳定,熔体进入均化段3时,进入第一个六头螺纹输入组I,第一个六头螺纹输入组I与第二个六头螺纹输入组II间螺棱对融体进行再次剪切塑化,进一步提高塑化效果,减少薄膜晶点产生。融体再向输送便进入狼牙棒式混炼段7,打乱塑料的记忆性再次均化。混炼段采用16等分狼牙棒结构形式。将塑化好的熔体进行剪切搅拌,消除塑料弹性的记忆性,对不同组分的塑料熔体进行充分的塑化和均化。

1.塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,它包括进料段(1)、压缩段(2)、均化段(3),进料段(1)为底径不变的等径螺纹段,其特征在于压缩段(2)由主螺纹距为(t1)的主螺纹(A)和副螺纹距为(t2)的副螺纹(B)组成,主螺纹(A)形成固相槽(4),副螺纹(B)形成液相槽(5),固相槽(4)和液相槽(5)完全分离;均化段(3)的前端为口头的螺纹(6),口头的螺纹(6)按相互间隔分开形成为第一六头螺纹输入组(I)和第二六头螺纹输入组(II),均化段(3)的后端为狼牙棒式混炼段(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,其特征在于所述的第一个六头螺纹输入组(I)的流道由浅变深,第二个六头螺纹输入组(II)的流道由深变浅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料挤出机双头分离型螺杆,其特征在于所述主螺纹(A)上固相槽(4)的主螺纹距(t1)逐步变小,副螺纹(B)上液相槽(5)的副螺纹距(t2)逐步变大。
