背景技术 目前,市场上公开了这样一种立铣刀,其结构特点是:由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有数个刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,其数个刀齿和排屑槽以相同的螺旋角对称地设置在刀体上,在进行机加工时,易与机床产生共振,使刀具发生断裂或崩刃现象,影响铣刀使用寿命。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是提供一种不易产生断裂或崩刃、提高生产效率的双导程立铣刀。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型双导程立铣刀,由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有数个刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,有二条刀齿呈35°螺旋角设置在刀体上,有二条刀齿呈38°螺旋角设置在刀体上。
在二条相同螺旋角的刀齿之间设置有一条另外一种螺旋角的刀齿。
刀齿上的前角为7°,后角为8°。
采用这种结构后,由于在刀体上设置了二条呈35°螺旋角刀齿和二条呈38°螺旋角刀齿,在进行机加工时,刀刃切入工件的角度不同,刀具不易产生振动;同时,又由于将刀齿上的前角设置为7°,后角设置为8°增加了刀刃强度,不易崩口,因此,本实用新型适合于加工硬度材料。

具体实施方式 附图所示本实用新型双导程立铣刀,由刀柄4、刀体1、刀齿2和排屑槽3组成,在刀柄4一端的刀体1上设置有数个刀齿2和排屑槽3,排屑槽3设置在两相邻的刀齿2之间,刀齿2和排屑槽3呈螺旋状设置在刀体1上,有二条刀齿2呈35°螺旋角设置在刀体1上,有二条刀齿2呈38°螺旋角设置在刀体1上;在二条相同螺旋角的刀齿2之间设置有一条另外一种螺旋角的刀齿2;刀齿2上的前角为7°,后角为8°。

1.一种双导程立铣刀,由刀柄、刀体、刀齿和排屑槽组成,在刀柄一端的刀体上设置有数个刀齿和排屑槽,排屑槽设置在两相邻的刀齿之间,刀齿和排屑槽呈螺旋状设置在刀体上,其特征在于:有二条刀齿(2)呈35°螺旋角设置在刀体(1)上,有二条刀齿(2)呈38°螺旋角设置在刀体(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双导程立铣刀,其特征在于:在二条相同螺旋角的刀齿(2)之间设置有一条另外一种螺旋角的刀齿(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双导程立铣刀,其特征在于:刀齿(2)上的前角为7°,后角为8°。
